Just saw on NFLN that Young will become the starter for Tennessee. This about solidies that the pick we get from them is a top 40 pick.

It could work either way. It all depends which Vince Young shows up. I think the change improves the Titans. By how much though is up for debate.

It has to make them better ... how much worse can they get?

I disagree with the theory that they can't get worse. They can get alot worse IMO. Kerry's not the one who missed chip shot FGs against Pitt. Nor was he the one that fumbled against the Jets or gave up 34+ points to Jax/Houston. From what I've seen of him he is the same QB that led that team to the best record in the NFL last year and he was annointed starter for a reason. The Titans just simply aren't as good of a team all around thist year.

Sure, you never know a switch could always spark something for that team. But theoretically this is very good for us as they are going with the guy who is the inferior QB at this time.

They average roughly 14 points per game...they can do worse.
If they have any consolation it is that they are doing a little better than the Rams but even then the Titans have given up more points so that could balance out to a worse year for the Titans overall.

I see what some people are saying that the Titans can play worse. Collins probably wasnt the main reason this team is 0-6. At the sametime I think Vince Young gives this team a shot in the arm. Despite the W-L record I still think the Titans are a solid football team.

Im going to say Titans 21 Jags 20.

This week's game is going to tell alot. If the Titans are going to turn it around at all you'd think they'd do it against the Jags. If they lose this game, they will win 3 games maximum this season looking at their schedule.

Agreed. They have had alot of time over the bye week last week to simmer about the 59-0 loss to the Patriots. If this team has any fire or heart left they will come out Sunday and pull out a win vs a team that they can beat imo.

If the Titans fall flat I agree they might not win more than 3 games this season.
