How embarrassing. On "Patriots All Access" this morning Steve Burton interviewed our hated commissioner and the idiot talked about visiting Hitler's bunker (Churchill's bunker). Burton let it slide; correcting him would've made it even more awkward.

That's odd. PAA is not live, is it?

Why wouldn't they edit that out?

I was confused by that...and then later just wondered what the dumbie was talking about...seemed confused...no surprise there..

This thread cannot end well ....

He probably thinks Germany bombed Pearl Harbor too

Goodell is referring to the bunker from which Hitler directed the attack on Pearl Harbor.

Good man ... he knows his stuff!

Either it was live or they didn't think it was worth messing with. It looked like it might've been live.

Hitlers Bunker in "London"?..... what a joke.

Berlin

It was a special live edition this morning at 11:00 EST. They had it streamlived on Patriots.com.

Hopefully, folks give them some slack so that livestreaming won't just be a one and done.

lol you are right. Where was Goodell educated? I am curious to know where and what major he was. Then again. GW made far worse mistakes:eek:

The problem had nothing to do with live streaming, though. The program was live on air as well. The problem was with Goodell. He's not the greatest live guest if you haven't noticed.

Analogy would be the guy who knows the NEP playbook inside out on a board but can't execute it at game speed or make the requisite myriad pre and post snap adjustments on the fly intuitively. He coutinely ballaxes his live appearances. SNF pre game 2007 was the first indicator he is not ready for live or prime time interview exposure.

Huh, interesting. Any chance he is enjoying it so much he stays there?

Goodell = Galloway. One is gone, now we need the other gone.

There's always hope that he forgets to look right instead of left when crossing the street in England, right when a double-decker is coming 'round the corner. :singing:

Goodell visited his own bunker then... jolly good.

My point was that it was live and couldn't be edited. Folks here were wondering why it wasn't edited out.

Every President going back to the invention of sound has multiple embarrassing sound bytes in his repertoire.

I get it. People here hate Goodell and they're ready to overeact to any live verbal slip up. It comes with the territory.

I guess he wasn't briefed by the Jets on who won WWII. BY the way where is the investigation of the Jets tampering with Crabtree.

If we could only be so lucky. Fairly certain it wouldn't cause any international relations issue. We would probably thank jolly ole England!!
