well he is playing 50-60% of defensive snaps which is just about as much as you can log in this defense unless you are in the defensive backfield.
Understood, but if LT (the unclassy one) and Willie Mac in his prime were on the team, would TBC be on the field ?
Yea - great point. Belichick already cut him once after co-starring in the circus infamously known as the 2007 AFCCG. But you know what? Something about him got him back on this team (after SF discovered their mistake). I don't study tape so I couldn't say.
I still don't want him picking up coverage on Dallas Clark on the turf this January.....
I've been underwhelmed by TBC this year. If he is the best we got, and we have to go through hoops to make sure we have TBC lead our pass rush for years to come, then all I can say is thank God we have great DBs. Because we ain't gonna have much of a pass rush.Good for TBC. He's been our best edge rusher and has provided the most QB pressure to date out of all our rushers. That being said, TBC being our best pass rusher is a little worrying.
