Any chance the pats can pick up a number 3 receiver by tommorrow? I heard on CBS pregame that Kansas City is willing to unload a lot of players except cassell. Can Pioli help his old boss/team out? LOL. I'm not sure the chiefs have anybody we want except maybe tyson jackson but he's untouchable i would imagine. Dwayne Bowe?

i wouldnt mind picking up a mark bradley type player from the chiefs. would be a lot cheaper than picking up bowe, although obviously not as gifted as bowe. i do think bradley would fit in nicely.

i doubt anything will happen, though, but we have seen some strange things so far this year

I think the only trade the Pats may possibly make is trading Galloway away.

Maybe dump AT, but I doubt it...7M cap hit and he's still useful this year.

Plus no one would want that huge salary this year or next.

Damn shame.

Nothing will happen but I will play. Galloway for Branch and that would be a hell of a deal. Not to mention he wont need long to help us out as he knows the system and he has that connection with Brady. We got nothing to lose.

Not that I put a lot of stock into what he says but Peter King claims the Jags will listen to offers for Quintin Groves. He only has 2.5 sacks in 22 games as a pro but quite a few of our draft posters liked him for our system. Maybe if he can be had for a low round pick.

KC has already said they will not trade Bowe.

Not that we've done well lately with trades but I'd trade for a young LB, but NO wasted picks on a 3rd WR with that fantasized elusive stretch the field capability. It's clear that Galloway can run deep and stretch the field. BFD. We've seen how much BB 'values' that capability. Edelperson and Co. are racking up more catches than most #3s. There's only one football and after Moss and Welker we have good pass catching TEs and don't forget Kevin "Clutch" Faulk.

Lombardi is saying that Kamerion Wimbley could be traded, I'd have some interest given that he's shown he can get to the QB in this defense. Although if Mangina is looking to deal him I guess that says something.

No chance Pats trade directly with CLE.

With Sammy Morris (knee) getting hurt against the Titans , i wonder how bad is the injury ?

We have 3 RB left for now , isn't it?

Guess the question really is do Oakland actually have anybody left that we want?!

Seeing that the run D is giving up 4.7 ypc, I would gladly take back Seymour.

I mean that.

Shefter is saying Branch is very available. If there's any way we could work the money issues, I think today's broken Branch would put supreme confidence in Tommy as his #3 WR.

Looks like Branch is on the block as per Rotoworld. What about Branch for Galloway, assuming Branch is willing to renegotiate his contract....

Right after the sun rises in the West. Damn the perfidious Twig.

I'd offer our 2010 1st pick were we able to get him for a cap friendly 4 year deal. Heh.
