"NUT" ... you're sleeping on the job.

Now edit the thread title here and get to work ... or no game for you today!

:)

How many keys can there be? We are playing at home against a 0-5 team, playing without either of their corners, and we are playing in the rainstorm (which strongly favors the receivers). There are few teams in the league that are worse against the pass, expecially when their "best" corners are out.

The team is relatively healthy. Seau is back.

Belichick's team will NOT lose focus. The patriots play one game at a time and will play like they are playing against the 5-0 Titans.

Well perhaps 1 key then ... stay healthy.;)

Key 2 stay focused...

Key 2 stay focused...

For the brave fans at the game ...

Key 3:

Drink beer ... lots of beer to stay ahead of the hypothermia.;)

I've felt all week that the key to the game for the Pats is not any of the popular topics (Brady getting in sync, more pressure on the opposing QB, Maroney improves his running game, etc.) In my opinion the key is limiting the effectiveness of the Titans' Chris Johnson. Jeff Fisher is going to try to run, and put the ball in the hands of his best player - Johnson. The Pats need to have a plan in place to neutralize his speed.

I'm not expecting the Pats to shut him down as well as the Colts did - though that would be nice if they could - but they do need to put the Titans into situations where they need to pass the ball, and keep Johnson and the Titans offense off the field. If the Pats can do that, then the rest of the pieces should fall into place for a win.

I was letting Mayo do it,but now that I think about it we lost last week when he did it.

1,2,3,4,5 Keys- Hold on to the football and don't throw it to anyone who is wearing another color uniform.

  1. Beat them like Pittsburgh did.
  2. Beat them like Houston did.
  3. Beat them like New Jersey did.
  4. Beat them like Jacksonville did.
  5. Beat them like Indianapolis did.

I live 20 minutes from the stadium and right now the wind is really whipping up. If this keeps up, this will take from the passing game.
