We unfortunately have one of the biggest collections of fair-weather following fans in the NFL. I always assumed this was common knowledge.

If I lived up there, I would drive myself broke due to purchasing season tickets. I don't understand this. We have a good team that's due to bounce back, yet because the team is 3-2, people aren't going? Jesus.

Yes, there is a fee ($100 or $200 per seat? I forget) but you'd probably make it back the first or second time you bought tix from the ticketexchange at face value rather than stubhub prices.

There are none available at the moment for either the Miami or Jets game. Plenty for the Panthers & Jags game.

I've been trying to pick up a pair for friends for the Miami game for the last 2 weeks. If the weather report looks nasty, tickets will get posted, just not in the numbers we saw for the titans game.

Whereas I sympathize with you, if a ST holder or waitlist member sells/gives the tix to someone they don't know who then acts inappropriately and gets thrown out, the person who gave/sold the tickets is responsible and loses their ticket rights.

If getting your dad to a game is important to you, then do what is necessary. Go to patriots.com and get on the wait list. You'll be eligible to get tickets yourself in no time and can take your dad to a game. Don't let your dad's first game be dependent on whether or not someone is willing to risk their own status on the wait list for someone they don't know.
