D*mn. That's why I said on the thread about Galloway having a breakout game that I wanted to see him on the 45 man squad first.

What a bummer. We could really have used someone with his capabilities.

Depending on how well Tate is progressing, Joey may have less and less games and practices to prove to the Pats that he's worth keeping on the roster. I hope he is able to get it in synch because he does have amazing WR abilities.

Remember, though, that Tate can't practice with the rest of the team until they remove him from the PUP list, which can't happen until after next week's game.

Is the meaning of "Maturation Process" the same as dumb ass...

Good

tenchar

This is quite disappointing..but I would guess there's a back story to this that is still hidden. I was quite hoping after he sat out that he would spring out of it all, but just the opposite...more like the team has moved on without him. And today is a game where they could use a third wideout with a lot of experience.

Bust.

Tate or Nunn for the Wembley (Bucs) game please Bill.

So we're without our 2 big offseason offensive additions. That stinks.

Sure hope he's not on the Colts or Jets by mid-season.

On the bright side, I'm assuming this means Welker is no longer questionable.

On an even brighter side,

It means Mayo will almost certainly play as what would be the point in dragging him out there if there was little chance of him playing?

More and More wish we would have kept Greg Lewis, very dissapointed in galloway.. prob will be cut to make room for seau... Brady just was not happy with him I guess...

With another week of Galloway being inactive, it will only add more fuel to the fire that he'll be the cut to make room for Seau...

If people are going to wish for something, can we at least wish for a lot better than Greg Lewis? It's amazing how many people have been wishing we didn't cut Greg Lewis like he's actually a good player. He has 1 catch for 32 yards this year. It may feel like he should be in the Pro Bowl since we've seen that catch about 1000 times on ESPN, but he hasn't done anything aside from that 1 play.

I didn't see anything from him indicating he was a great fit for our system and would be doing far better here, either. He did nothing when he was here and was cut as a result.

Greg Lewis wasn't and isn't the answer to the 3rd WR problems in New England.

Excellent post. I would actually like to see Nunn get a chance over Aiken.

The Pats #3 receiver is in Denver.....Gaffney....opps

Agreed.

And Gaffney never had more than 38 catches in a season for us. I know he had some big playoff games, but he wasn't exactly essential for this offense to run.

Galloway has been pretty bad, but Aiken hasn't been any better. I would like to see Nunn get a shot over Aiken.
