Week 5 TV maps are out, and Pats fans should be happy with what you'll see. Unless you're in one of just four specific markets - the two other late games on CBS (Jacksonville at Seattle or Houston at Arizona) or in a city playing a home game at the same time you'll get to see the Pats-Broncos game. Jim Nantz and Phil Simms will call the game.

NFL TV Distribution Maps - CBS Week 5 Early
NFL TV Distribution Maps - FOX Week 5

For those in Canada it looks like the game will be on Citytv Toronto, Winnipeg; Sportnst West, Pacific - and some debate where it may or may not be elsewhere.

Looks like pretty much the entire country is seeing the Pats this week.

Houston at Arizona????????????????????

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

G-damn you, Dan Snyder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

minus the bay area....

no late game?

what gives?
49ers have a home game at the same time.

The NFL doesn't allow for any other game to be on television when the local team is playing at home. I guess they feel it will eliminate the possibilty of people staying at home and not using their tickets to watch a better game on tv.

Dan Snyder? Am I missing something, it looks like the Pats are playing the DC area.

:woohoo:

We got Pats in Minny!

Yes!!!

CBS must've changed their map, because when I first opened the CBS Late map it was showing what the CBS Early map is showing now (Maryland/Virginia in Green and stating that Green is "Houston @ Arizona).

Now that's better!!!!

G-damn Dan Snyder all the same, still.

Here's your Bay Area possibilities of the Pats being on the rest of the way:

Week 9, but expect a different CBS game to be shown.
Week 10 - yes on NBC
Week 11 if Oakland is blacked out, but expect SD/Denver to be shown instead.
Week 12 - yes on ESPN
Week 13 - yes on NBC

Week 17, but expect a different CBS game to be shown.

The rest of the weeks have no chance as either the Pats play while Oakland is on the road, SF is at home (like this week) or the needed network doesn't have a double-header that week (e.g. Pats on CBS early, Oakland on late, but Fox has double-header, not CBS so Oakland is shown).

Regards,
Chris

If this map remains the same for Hershey/Harrisburg PA, then this means that I will have seen all 5 of the Pats games on local TV. Sweet. This saves me some $$, and prevents other patrons from staring at me whenever I go nutty during the game, which this year has been whenever the offense has been in the RZ.

same old story for the bay area..stuck with damn raiders or 49ers.

I'm in Jags territory. Oh YAY me! And it will almost certainly be blacked out - in which case I'll probably be treated to either the HOU/ARI game or random re-runs of some crapola show or other.

But thanks for always posting these maps, anyway, they are helpful! :)

Yeah, you're SOL with the Jaguars on the road playing at the same time as the Pats. Next week you have a 50-50 chance: it's either the Titans at Pats or Bills at Jets. And the week after that you might get the Pats-Bucs game since the Jags have a bye; CBS doesn't have any real compelling games that week.

Oh, right...I forgot it was an away game for Jax this week, so it won't be blacked-out here. Just means I have to go out to the local pub to watch the Pats on DirectTV. I like to do that anyway for afternoon games, but I prefer not to for night games. Oh well, just means extra coffee on Monday morning to try and be a reasonable facsimile of my usual Monday morning self. Which frankly, is not that delightful anyway, so nobody should really notice the difference. :D

I'm in the same boat. Friggen Jags!

I get to view SEA vs JAX. Now there is a ratings bonanza.

Excellent. No more iffy internet feeds to watch my Pats. I'm loving this one! :D

I'm in the same area, the jags are at Seattle so the game will not be blacked out. That is why I have the Sunday Ticket!.

Sorry your stuck with rooting for Seattle to beat the jags.
