woooooooooooo!

Gotta be there on Friday if you want to play on Sunday.. with that being said, it would be a remarkable recovery for Mayo..

yeah, im not expecting Mayo to play. but its a great sign nonetheless.

Mayo AND Wilfork?

Maybe Bill took my suggestions about mind-games.

Or maybe...

Trying to read into this more...Could be a smoke screen put on by BB.

It's a Sith mind control trick. Even if they don't play, their presence will be in the minds of the Baltimore offense.

Just another attempt by Bill to skew things a bit. Line up whoever you want, tell us what time to be at the stadium and we'll be ready. I'm sure you guys feel the same way.

So did Mace Windu. :D

Great news about Mayo especially. Now if we can only get Welker to participate in a full practice....

That is awesome news. Wow, especially Mayo, that is great stuff. I doubt he plays Sunday, but looks like 6-8 weeks was off the mark.

From Gaspar in Extra Points

The Patriots went about half-speed through special teams and Mayo participated on kickoff coverage. He was wearing baggy sweatpants, but there appeared to be a bulging outline of a brace underneath them on the right knee.

I don't have a clue how meaningful that is (or isn't). Can I get me a little help? :)

I understand that people are happy in seeing Mayo at practice but how can you say that it will be a miraculous recovery when you were not even in on the type or severity of his injury in the first place? I like BB style, keep your eggs to your chest. In fact it is for this reason why I think he will not be too happy with Tate going on about when he thinks he can play. It is not the PATs way of doing things.
I have always had the suspicion that Mayo will be out for at most 4 weeks given the initial reaction of BB.
Anyway, happy times.

Thank you very much!! I never believed he'll be out for 6-8 wks.

But one sure thing is that the Ravens will have to go over this weeks plans to makes sure they can cater for all these contingencies they might not have spent enough time on.

Wow, I've never heard that saying before lol.

Ive heard keep your cards close to your chest or put all of your eggs in one basket, but never keeping your eggs to your chest hah.

I see that the Dark Hoodie Lord Of the Sith continues to spread disinformation and sow uncertainty.

Totally made it up:eek::p:D

How is he doing that? He has not spread any disinformation. Yes, there is an element of uncertainty about the way he let outsiders think, not his fault at, people decide to think what they want, all he says is that he takes the day as it comes. Today came and Mayo happens to be fit.;)
but he plans his game to cater for anything.
I am so happy just to know that Mayo can at least move freely. I knew he could walk Last week, but taking part in special teams at practice is icing..
