After 3 games, it's pretty safe to say that Galloway and Brady are not in sync. To be fair, Brady is still finding his rhythm, and this is their first season together, but maybe they just aren't a great match. Maybe it's just a chemistry or a communication thing, but I think most would consider Galloway's performance so far to be not what they expected and/or hoped for when he signed.

The image from today's game of Brady letting go of some major steam on the sideline while Galloway is standing with his back to TB with his hands on his hips and looking annoyed says quite alot, I think. It made me uncomfortable to look at.

So here's my question- How many more weeks do you think BB (and maybe TB) will give Galloway to get in sync with the offense, and if he doesn't, do you think they'll take Nunn from the practice squad and put him on the 53? Maybe I'm just expecting too much from Galloway, and it's just a part of the entire offense finding it's identity and rhythm? At this point, I think I'd take Jabar back over Galloway. Nunn showed some nice potential in the preseason, and I wonder if it won't be too long before BB decides to see how he does in the regular season.

I miss Greg Lewis, who certainly looked better than Galloway, in his game

Galloway is routinely getting open. For whatever reason, he is dropping balls, stepping out of the end zone, and doing all sorts of other stupid things. All these things, however, are correctable. When he corrects them, I think we will forget all about far lesser talents like Nunn, Gaffney, and Greg Lewis.

I think the learning curve is too much for him.

Well, he hasn't done a very good job of correcting these issues so far. How long do you think he'll take to learn not to do "stupid things". I don't see BB giving him until week 14 just because he's Joey Galloway. BB has shown this year more than any other that he's not affraid to make a move to make the team better, despite who it affects. If Joey doesn't like it, i don't think BB really cares.

i dont believe brady was letting go of that steam just on Galloway....sure galloway dropped a very easy ball, but it was aiken who should have had a TD, and just stopped in mid route.....

brady was just pissed in general b/c hes a competitor...

now i doubt him and galloway are best buds, but i think they can make this work with a little bit more work....

id give him two more games, then make a change..i dont want galloway and brady pissed off at one another and tryn to work together on the field..need good rapport

He seems to know the offense fine, he's just dropping balls. I'm telling you, he's getting open and he's going to hit a deep one soon.

I agree that TB's venting was probably about the passing offense in general, and probably a big part was TB being mad at himself, but I don't think Galloway would be too far down the list after that. I'm not saying TB is angry at JG personally, but maybe moreso that they just can't seem to connect and with the time they've put in to try to get it down and with TB being able to establish chemsitry with lesser receivers, I would think that is the main issue.

"a deep one" ??.... it better be more than just one... even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then.

Don't forget Tate. If he's healthy by week 7 or 9 and Galloway still isn't cuttin' it, he might well be the guy.

im quite anxious to c what tate will do for us next year or optimistically late this year

Really disappointed with Galloway to date. He's forgotten how to catch the ball. He's fast and all, but......

Almost makes we wish to have Bethel back......

Not that bad, talk about a bad dream....

Sooner or later Galloway will come around, he is a proven commodity.

Tate isn't seeing the field this year.

And, aside from that miracle TD catch yesterday, Greg Lewis hasn't done anything in Minnesota that makes me wish we would have kept him instead of Galloway yet. I just don't think Galloway is used to a QB that fires the ball in there like Brady yet. Don't forget the QBs that he has played with throughout his career.

I'm all for cutting someone slack, but how intricate can this Offense be to a career professional Wide Receiver? Jabar Gaffney came in off the street in 2006 and was IMMEDIATELY productive. He showed why he was a first round pick. He just had been in an Offense where he was on the receiving end of passes from David Carr, which made everyone on the field look bad. Galloway hasn't been very productive in a while. Maybe he's lost it mentally, even though, by all accounts, his speed is still there.

Terrence Nunn is the new Bam Childress, alot of hype for nothing proved yet.. Granted Galloway has stuggled.. But Terrence Nunn is not the awnser...

I think Galloway lacks the courage to play in he Pats offense. He is severely limited as a receiver. He won't make catches between the numbers and he has no quick twitch.

Keeping this guy over Lewis may have been a mistake. At least Lewis played ST.

I think you are right. Plus he hates crossing routes and he tends to let the ball come to him rather than attack it. The fact that he has been open is a great thing though- hopefully the other stuff will come.
