Do you root for Indy to beat Miami because the Dolphins are in our division?

or do you root for Miami thinking the Dolphins will not repeat last years 11 game wins and Indy is more of a threat to take away a potential Wild Card spot or maybe a seed up above NE when all is said and done.

Who do you want to win?

I may be of the minority but I want Miami to win because I simply think they won't win more than 9 games this year and I ain't afraid of them in the East.

Indy could knock us out of the playoffs or could somehow gain a higher seed and is more of a threat to take a spot away IMO - Its only week 2 but every win or loss matters later when it comes to AFC rivals.

I root for the Patriots to get back on their feet. If they don't, we're not going to have to worry about playoff positioning.

In this matter, I root for an extremely physical game with the Colts coming out on top.

An extremely physical game that ends in a draw.

I would be pleased to see either team lose. But considering the fact that we're 1-1 and 1-1 in the division, I have to be slightly more pleased if Miami loses. But it is admittedly extremely difficult to hope that the Colts win. I can't root for either team as I'm watching.

Colts, I guess.

Root for Phins. If we can't beat the Phins in our division we don't belong in the playoffs. I want HFA against the Colts.

I will root for the colts. As always, the division is first.

Agreed. The fewer 2-0 teams (when we're 1-1), the better. Cheer for Miami.

Howzabout a tie???

Yup. We should be able to take care of Miami ourselves. I don't see them as a contender. Indy could be, though they weren't overly impressive against Jacksonville.

Who to root for? That's a tough call. I understand the idea of thinking the Pats should be able to finish ahead of Miami even if the Dolphins win tonight. And I understand that given that, Pats fans should therefore root for the Colts to lose with the idea of looking ahead to home field advantage in the playoffs.

However, I think that's looking way too far ahead - and I would feel the same way even if the Pats had won yesterday, or if the Dolphins had won last week. You first goal is to win your division. Other things like home field, a 1st round bye, etc. are secondary, and can only be accomplished if you win your division first. Worry about teams outside your division and how they are doing only after you've clinched your division first. So in other words, I'll root for the Colts to beat Miami tonight.

Miami for me. I don't think they're very good and aren't our competition for the division.

I'm rooting for a tie. F*ck em, let both teams "lose". Let them play 5 quarters of football for nothing.

i think i'll follow BB's lead and say our first concern is the division, so I want our divisional rival to lose and go 0--2. winning the division brings at least one home playoff game. but it would be nice if they could put a couple of enormous but legal hits on Peyton.

I don't think we're in a position to say who will or will not be our competition for the division come December. All I know is that at 0--2, the fins will be just a little farther behind.

I've got Ronnie Brown on one of my fantasy teams and I need him to do well in order to win this week...

so... GO MIAMI!! RUN EARLY AND OFTEN! ;)

I root with my heart, always, and my order of hate goes as follows:

1)Miami
2)Jets
3)Colts

Before I ever liked the Pats(I became a fan when I was 4) I hated the dolphins. My dad hates the dolphins. I am surrounded by obnoxious dolphin fans.

Thus, go colts.
