Please keep all postgame discussion in this thread - and don't start other ones unless you have a solid analytical thread on a specific area to add in a seperate thread in the forum. I'd like to keep some control over things and appreciate everyone taking advantage of this one the same way we do the game thread.

So, for example, a post analyzing a specific player would be OK?

gonna be a long season if this defense and offense doesnt get it together.

I hate when they abandon the run too...

Refs made sure to give that game to the Jests. Hope Rexy enjoys this win because he won't get an second one at the next match up at good ole
Gillette.

Between this game and my Zune suddenly dying on me..... I feel like crap right now.

It was the same ref who did Pats@Colts in 2007. You know the game, the one where the Pats were flagged for the most yards in franchise history, and Hobbs was called for defensive PI after being tackled by a Colt?

Yeah right the jets kicked the Pats asses on both sides of the ball.

All i can say is this is the first time The Pats played scared in the Belichick era... We have a long way to go, but this offense is not the 07 offense by far... Its Brady Moss and Welker and that is it when one is out , and the other is double covered, its going to be like days like today.. ... By the way did anybody see Derrick Burgess today?? or how bout Adalius Thomas???? The jets are for real, give them credit, they talked the talk and walk the walk.. If it was not for brady last week, we are talking 0-2 here..

Meh. They played terrible and still almost won a tough road game that the other team acted like was the Super Bowl.

Wow. Offense looked out of sync all game. Not sure if Welker being out was the reason or not. Brady got hit A LOT.

Please dont go with the refs, we have 3 trips in the red zone and settle for FG's you wont beat a high school team like that.. poor game plan today.. And no Welker hurt as well

A team loss.
Of all the squads, the D played the best. Just didn't make enough big plays on 3rd down.
Special Teams = Special Olympics. Couldn't block for returns and couldn't stop the Jets on KO returns. Good kicking by the Gost.
Offense was out of sync. Bradt missed en easy TD to Edelman. Brady to Galloway is not there. Just a nit as the Jets DESERVED to win, but how is that not PI when the Jet DB was hanging on Galloway's back on the last Pats 4th down play?
Rex's staff outcoached BB's staff.
A team loss.

Defense was fine. I am not worried there. They didn't blitz and it killed them in the 2nd half.

Offense is my concern. They just look horrible.

Galloway is pretty bad. Clearly they missed Welker. Brady looked horrible and seemed confused all day.

They need a offensive coordinator!

Can't pressure the QB, can't handle blitzes. In short, through two weeks the Pats have shown themselves to be a bad football team. Hope they can pull it together, but I didn't see a whole lot to build on these last couple of weeks. Brady isn't even close to 100% (and we shouldn't have expected him to be), so he can't cover up these flaws anymore.

All that I could think of, though, was that we win this game with Seymour. That trade has already cost us one game, and I doubt this'll be the last one. And to anyone who wants to point out the Lawyer Milloy 'parallel', Milloy wasn't half the player that Seymour is.

Still not sold on the Jets, but that's just because I don't know if it was an elite defense shutting down a good offense or just a bad offense to begin with. Either way, they're the best team in the division right now.

Backside reciever is killing the offense..... Jets made more plays period, good job, long way to go!

Im not defending those players you mentioned, but Im getting tired of seeing the opposing qb sit back all day in the pocket. I can count the number of blitzes on one hand the Pats have called in two games.

There was some late hits on Brady that were not called.

I guess I'm frustrated at how the game went today tho. Yeah we should of gotten those TDs when we got in the red zone. If so we'd be celebrating instead of crying. :(

Simple- JETS defense dominated the PATS all day.

Certainly not the Brady we remember.

That Jets defense looks pretty good.

Does it hurt more against the Jets? I think so. Division will come down to the wire.

Jets have a better D than the Pats...thats what it comes down to. If they play like this next week vs Falcons and then the Ravens...they will be out of the playoff race before it even starts

Blame this loss on one thing. The offense put up 0 points.
