Don't know if anyone's addressed this or not (sorry, if so)... what's on TV this weekend ? Any "All Access" ??? (I only get the 4 networks from Boston, not the cable stations)

In a related note, I kinda miss Lynch gushing all over BB in the ABC version of the show. Also interested in seeing the postgame locker "chant" without Bruschi.

Thanks in advance for any info.

Re: TV this weekend ?

If you go to www.tvguide.com/listings then plug in your zip code and click on sports you should be able to scroll through and see what looks appealing to you. Patriots All Access is on tonight on WBZ-ch4 from 7-8 pm.

Thank you kind sir (or ms). Don't have a zip code, but the problem was that my dish's guide didn't say it was on and I had a hard go trying to find it online. Figured (correctly) that one of the hardcores form the forum would know. I was right.

Okay, now I get the picture. If you want to use that link in the future use a Boston zip code such as 02101 and when it asks for you to select your cable provider, go down to "Broadcast - Boston Area Channels" if you want to limit your search to only over-the-air Boston area stations. Otherwise you can pick any of the cable providers if you want to include stations like NESN, Comcast Sports Network, NECN, etc.

Thanks again friend. I'm really, really starting to miss my less-than-legal US dish (really not punishable in Canada because we aren't offered the channels). In May or June, we lost it for good. I'd gladly pay for NESN, all Boston sports networks, and the ESPN family... but can't get it. Hopefully it'll be up and running soon. Thanks for a Boston zip code (suppose I coulda found that on the internet).

Our sports networks here pick up the essentials and my Boston channels provide the games. Sportnet (one such channel) used to air the Fox preview show with Glazer and friends. I dunno... people bash ESPN a lot here... but they talk tonnes of football. We get tonnes of summer hockey news here in Canada. I must be the only Canadian in the country who doesn't really like hockey unless it's the Olympics. Don't know why - always more baseball & football (even bball).

I was in Montreal for 24 hours last week.

Just thought you'd want to know. ;)

What did you do, where did you go? I'm so sick of this city, been in every lane done it all!

I visited my company's headquarters out on Henri Bourassa Est. I did not even get downtown, just ate in a Madison's near there. I used to be up there every month so going out there isn't as exciting as it once was. I still like it, though.

There's a good chance we'll be moving there this coming summer or the next. We'll probably end up in NDG or lower Westmount.

Cool, you may want to check out Laval West or Ste-Dorothee, some areas here look like a newer TMR - West Island types with nice parks and quiet neighborhoods and a lot of english speaking people.

If you head north about 16 km to Guanlan there's a place on the right-hand side with HD TV and the Sunday Ticket. 24 oz. Bud Light Drafts and wings (what else?). And, finally, look for me (Jack Johnson) singing "Better Together" from the "Rhythms Del Mundo" CD on the jukebox (B-11). I don't just sing, but I surf, too...I know you remember...

As a first language french speaking (though non-Quebecer) Canadian, I can't help but feel a tad offended by the direction you're headed... I'm sure we've all met a few anglos that aren't Mother Teresa types either...

It's generally easier for an English-speaking family (like my own obviously is) to get by in an English-speaking area. I'm sure that's all that was meant.

How could I forget...

Watch the Gators/Vols game tomorrow at 3:30 P.M. EST.

Seriously though. I get to watch two big mouths get shut up this weekend by my teams. On Saturday, I get to watch the Gators shut Lane Kiffin's mouth and on Sunday, I get to watch the Pats shut Rex Ryan's mouth. Well, at least temporarily. God knows it will open again 30 minutes later when his assistant orders 13 cheeseburgers for him from the stadium grill.

Kontradiction is absolutely correct. This game is going to be more interesting to watch than most national championships. It's going to be better than Peyton Manning being denied a victory in his third and fourth attempts to beat Steve Spurrier's Gators.

But this is going to be different. This is going to be a beating of biblical proportions. 99.99% of the time blowouts aren't worth watching, but this is a train wreck colliding with an accident on the side of the road that you can't help but look at.

My prediction: Florida 72, Tennessee 0
