UGH....they are so damn annoying. the most ridiculous text messages all week. its awful. I pray we destroy them. winning would be nice, but a blow out would be just what the doctor ordered

I hear that!!
I am so hoping they are on point, and give them a humiliating beat down..

I WANT other teams fans to say that they were "Running up the score" this week..I truly do more than I ever have before.

It must be intolorable, they've talked like this many times before only to get smashed pretty bad...but that being said its never detered them from repeating the same behavior.

I've got a co-worker who is a big Jets fan and surprisingly he hasn't said much at all. I really see this game being close then the Pats will pull away. A blowout would rock and I would love to see the Jest fans leaving the stadium in the 4th quarter.

I live five minutes from Giants Stadium and the Jet fans have been intolerable, but then again they usually are.

I go to the Jets-Pats game at Giants Stadium every year and rarely do you find a more satisfying feeling than walking out of that place and all you hear is quiet rumblings.

It should be an interesting tailgate, because this IS their Superbowl.

I just spent 4 years @ Syracuse University. Rich, Entitled Jets Fans with Long Island accents=Bottle of Scotch and a handgun. Until Sundays:)

I'm sadly convinced that after Ryan's message and bluster, anyone wearing Pats gear will be very unsafe.

I'm heading to the game this weekend too, where do you usually tailgate?

They felt like they won the superbowl last week, and have no fear right now. I think they are underestimating the situation.

I don't mean to hijack this thread but this reminds me of one thing. Back in 2004, my roommate's cousin stayed with us for a day from NY. The guy had his attitude going on and talked about his car, his fancy condo, Yankees and of course, D-bag turned out to be big Jest fan. After few drinks, he goes on about how TB was overrated and that this year was the year Jests go onto win it all(sounds really familar, eh?) We argued back and forth and it got pretty heated but at the end, we decided to have a bet on Dec 26th game and loser gets to buy winner expensive bottle of fun juice, with zero complaints. Haha, I made him buy $400 bottle scotch and got to rub in SB win as well~!

Sorry, had to brag. :D

I'm loving that the no respect thing is starting to creep back into sight.
Going around the web, you can see the comments changing from ;

" I'm sick of hearing about Brady and the Cheatriots, and how they're always favored to win it all."

To ;

The Patriots have a soft no name defense, Brady's playing on a bad knee,
they have no running game, and Belichick has lost his best players, and his draft picks are busts. They're all done."

Hopefully,by mid-season they'll be back to where they're no longer automatic favorites. That's when they're at their best.

And all you poor NY Patriots fans can have the last laugh.

Pats 52-Jets 23. Fireman Eddie will be crying in his helmet.

Living in Jersey I enjoy the irrational exuberence of the Jets fans every year then the shattering reality of the Jets suckitude. Next Monday will be fun...;)

I live in the war zone!! Fairfield County CT!! Theres a HUGE mix of Patriots, Giants, and Jeats fans!! I work in an italian deli and my boss is a HUGE Jeats fan. So this week we've been going back and forth arguing all day and the worst part is all of his friends come in and talk about the Jeats. I wear my Patriots cap EVERY day to piss off my boss and his friends :D!!!

The beauty of it is that THEY will have to deal with YOU next week.

I definitely agree that Jets fans can be annoying and I have hears plenty of crappy stories of the fans there but I have been there three times in the past few years 05,06 and 07 and I have not had any problems in fact I have had some really good times. Jets fans who were around me were friendly and I even bought a Mo Lewis jersey right off the back of one of them.

I slickly asked if the guy needed a new jersey and the guy looked at me confused and I said I would pay for it if he gave me the Mo Lewis jersey he was wearing he still didn't get it and I explained and the guy laughed and asked for 10 more than I was offering and I said deal and now I am the proud owner of a Mo Lewis jersey. Doesn't fit but it proudly hangs on my wall.

Buffalo now thats another story but those fans can suck. Bastards beat my car after the drubbing two seasons ago. Tried to pull off the license plate and failed left it bent pretty bad but did manage to knock off the hood emblem. Stupid drunks.
