ESPN, being the suckfest that it is, went to Kolber before she had gotten Brady, and I don't think Brady knew he was on air when he kept trying to tell her he was heading in. LOL at Kolber, it was pretty funny. TB was a lot more polite than I would've been.
Kolber has not done anything for us besides pick against us in superbowls as often as not...
Your joking, right?
Why, did I miss a lovefest with Suzy? That is okay with me but I remember her loving the Panthers and Eagles and Steelers in some important games.
Unfortunately, his not wanting to do the interview at first will further fuel the "classless" reputation that he has amongst fans of other teams.
Also, why do they bother doing these interviews anyway? It's not like they're going to get an interesting answer. They just say "How do you feel?" and the player says "It's good to get a win but we have more to work on". It's the same thing every single time.
F em. I have no problem with her trying to get an interview, I think this exact same scene plays out at the end of every game, we just don't see it because they're usually too busy analyzing Belichick's handshake. Reporters always just try to get their question in consequences be damned, but it's up to Brady whether he stops or not. He's required to give a press conf after the game, he's not required to give 1-on-1's to every reporter that tries to interview him.I'm not one to call Brady out, and I can't blame him if he holds a grudge against ESPN for the Spygate fiasco. However, with that said, he should have stood there and done the interview with her. Her first question was how did it feel to lead a comeback, simple question. If she had started asking about his knee, he could have just said that it felt great and ran toward the locker room after that. Best Suzy Kolber interview- Joe Namath, "I wanna kiss you."
Regarding the Brady/Suzy Kolber exchange...
Do they have to get permission before the interview? Perhaps through Stacey James, Executive Director of Media Relations?
