I'm in Old England, not New England, and im trying to find a place to watch this game live. I always remember hearing of English fans commenting on the games and such, so I assume the games are on some channel here... but I can't find a pub that carries it.

I spent the last 3 hours in Reading looking for a pub to watch the game... and sadly the only thing I found was warm geer ( not too bad ) and soccer... ( sadly boring )

Anyone know of "blimey" place I can watch this match...

?? :)

Channel 5 shows Sunday and Monday night games. You should get those games on any TV.

I'm afraid you're gonna struggle tonight.

No television station has the rights for Monday Night Football this year, so the only place to watch is the internet (subscribing to NFL Gamepass, or not subscribing to some other streaming site).

edit: unfortunately, Channel 5 don't have MNF this year.

That blows.

Does ESPN UK have MNF now?

They're hoping to get it for the second half of the year, but literally no channel - subscription or otherwise - has MNF at the minute.

People are not happy.

I think that Channel 5 in Boston is carrying the game tonight or that is what it says on my cable channel scroll. I don't know if there is internet streaming though.

Unbelievable.

Score another one for Commissioner Doofus.

This is a different Channel 5. Sorry, I should have been more clear on that instead of scaring people half an hour before kickoff.

Is it ok that I call England Insufficent? I heard so mush why it's so great, and I do enjoy being able to walk anywhere... however...

If I can't watch the new ENGLAND patriots play, but I can watch MK DON BS Soccer... um... England and a little weak. ;)

IF anyone in England wants to invite me for next weeks game, wink wink.. ill be here for next weeks game as well.

Go pats!

i was wondering if the london game will be mostly pats fans? because of the england thing?

You've had a stroke of bad luck, as this is the first year in a while where you wouldn't have the ability to watch the game on TV.

On the other hand, it really shouldn't be that difficult to find somewhere on the wild west of the web..... or so people tell me. Obviously I would never do something so legally dubious myself.

Were you drunk typing this? Stuff doesn't make sense man :D

The real England is not insufficient but the efforts to broadcast MNF in the UK clearly were this time around. We're not on live next week either I don't think, pretty sure it's the Eagles and Saints instead. You wouldn't think they were trying to expand in the UK this season.

The Patriots are the most popular team in the UK along with the Giants, Miami and Dallas. Partly due to recent success and partly due to the England thing. That was my reason for following the Pats.

I dont think Tampa are that popular at all, but NFLUK will try to get neutrals behind Tampa as they are the 'home' team, and they will as Patriots are also probably the most hated team in the UK.

Well if England can't handle it or doesn't want it, we should play in Ireland instead.

It'd probably be a better crowd.

It would be great if the NFL would stop screwing over their fans by not having the equivalent of what Major League Baseball does with its mlb.tv.

For a monthly fee, you can watch any game outside your market area (local blackouts) on your computer and the quality, assuming you don't have a relic for a computer and a bad connection, is pretty good.

I don't think they'd have a lot of trouble selling $200 a year subscriptions to people to watch games on their computer. I'd be first in line with bells on.
