Love Brady's reaction after the game. Love the story about Bledsoe telling him to "sling it".9:00 or so left in the 3rd - happened to turn on the television and was flipping through and noticed it was on for anyone interested.
I don't imagine it ever will get old, any of the World Championships. I can only imagine because the city of SD has never had a World Champion in any major sport. Someday, hopefully sooner rather than later.Have it on right now. It never gets old does it?? And it never will.
This is the third or fourth time in the last few days it has been on. Been watching some here and there.....still gives me goosebumps.
Just saw O-T-I-S' pick what a thing of beauty that is. Physical at the line with Holt and knocked him down than spun around and the ball was being thrown right at him and because he threw off Holts timing it was an uncontested pick and he took off for like 30 yards damn near broke the thing.
I watched it last night. It's like a classic movie where you know all the lines, and the incredible ending that remains emotionally uplifting no matter how many times you watch it. To this day I giggle any time I watch Ricky Prohl score against us...as he did again in XXXVIII just a little too soon...
Ricky Proehl was also quite a prophet, "Tonight, a dynasty is born." Truer words were never spoken.

There's a reason why Belichick's defensive gameplan for SB 36 resides in the Hall of Fame. The D was physical that game. They hit hard; especially Willie Mac, who would just crush Faulk coming out the backfield, or jam Az Hakim in the slot and knock him over. Great job of mixing up personel on the line, and using Nickel/Dime packages.
If Bill uses more 4-3 this year, I really hope it looks like this.

It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that final drive is one of the best moments of my life.
It was also good to re-watch (I've watched on the 3 games to glory plenty of times, but never the actual broadcast) - the call by Sumerall when we won was so lackluster and I'd had no idea - my friends and I were too busy screaming and shortly thereafter ran outside into the snow.
