One that is injury free too. Good luck guys (but not to much). I'll be stop by every once in a while early, but will definitely be around as week 10 approaches.

Injury free is good. It's much more satisfying to beat an opponent who is healthy and ready.

I'm glad we're playing you week 10 and not week 2. By then our defense will have had some time to gel. I expect Wilhite to pick off Peyton at least twice.

Yes.. Injury free is always good..

BTW, Work, I'd like to hear your comments about the Colts O-line issues..

Lombardi mentioned he thought the Colts might explore Langston Walker. Are they that in that bad of shape?

The question mark is LT. Ugho hasn't continued to progress. Charlie Johnson is the starter now and is decent, but not great. He is probably better suited to RT or one of the guard positions (his real value is he can play just about anything besides center). I really thought that Ugoh would have stepped up by now after getting demoted, but he hasn't. I still hold out hope that he will. Look for the Colts to address LT next draft. You will probably see a tight end lining up on the left side to chip and help out. Peyton will be the key to the success of that situation dumping off early there is frequent pressure. The rest of the line is in pretty good shape. Lilja coming back after missing last season should really help the running game. Saturday being there from the get go will really help as well. The rookies from last year should be ready to play after being forced into a lot of playing time with the injuries last season. The addition of Donald Brown will likely be a nice boost to the ground game as well. I like what I have seen from the kid. The key will be staying healthy, like it always is. Last years duct tape and bailing wire repair job line was scary for a while.

That thought popped into my head when I first heard it, but it was just a fleeting thought. Polian might take a shot on picking up a young guy stashed on a practice squad of caught up in a numbers game, but I strongly doubt he will look for help from a guy that can't cut on the Bills crappy line.

They will go with Johnson until Ugoh gets it going again. They may add some depth, but at this point those are their guys.

So what's the deal with Sanders? Did I hear he came off PUP but they are now projecting him for week 5? It's been a little hard to follow much of anything here beyond Seymour holding crazy Al hostage...

They haven't said a whole lot directly. Best guess is week 2 or 3. Nobody is expecting him this weekend. If anyone was mentioning week 5, it's because they expect him before that time or the Colts would not have taken him off of the PUP list.

Its not a good thing to have Manning's blind side so questionable. Though I hate Horseface..err.. Paymeaton...err PEYTON :D I don't want to see him injured.. BTW, how did you get a player who looks like your Mascot.... :p

Dude. If you get the chance please stop by and give us a scouting report on future opponents (JAX week 1, MIA week 2, TEN week 5 and HOU week 9). Would be nice to hear your perspective on their strengths/weaknesses.

You will get our standard rate for a scout.

OK, you won't get anything but our thanks and admiration.

OK, most of us will still heap scorn on you at every opportunity...but do it anyway.

I thought that was Shannon Sharpe and the Broncos.

Agreed about Peyton's blindside, but I'm pretty confident that they will scheme in a way to protect the franchise.

Well, I'd say that Shannon lives up to a different part of the Bronoco.. you know.. the Horse's ass.. *LOL*

Do you guys have a good blocking TE behind Clark? How is Gonzalez looking as the number 2 full time? Who is lining up in the slot?

The Colts have Robinson who plays more like an H-back and two second year guys in Santi and Tamme. All of them are more pass catchers than blockers. Santi is probably the best blocker of the bunch, but he keeps getting dinged up. Ii think Gonzo is going to do well as the #2, though you could probably argue the he and Clark will be 2a and 2b right now. They are changing things up with the receivers a bit more this year. They are moving them around quite a bit, different sides and who will be in the slot. The have a rook name Austin Collie from BYU that will play primarily slot when he is in and Gonzo will be wide. They also have a 2nd year guy Named Pierre Garcon the will mainly line up wide (he's the speed guy) and Gonzo will play slot with him in. It will be interesting to see how changing things up affects the passing game this year.

I have a special Request for you Patriots fans

Would you mind (this is embarrassing) if we play the game on Tuesday?

We really need the extra day to practice.

Cheers and best of luck to all involved. Let's hope the best players stay out there week in week out. It's why we watch them perform at the level they do.

Go Pats.
