Patriots to wear throwbacks four times in 2009

The Patriots will be wearing replicas of their 1963 uniforms, as part of the AFL's 50th season celebration
The Patriots (and their opponent) will wear the throwbacks on four occasions. Here's the list of games:
Monday, Sept. 14: Buffalo Bills at New England Patriots (ESPN, 7 p.m.)
Sunday, Oct. 11: New England Patriots at Denver Broncos (CBS, 4:15 p.m.)
Sunday, Oct. 18: Tennessee Titans at New England Patriots (CBS, 4:15 p.m.)
Sunday, Dec. 6: New England Patriots at Miami Dolphins (NBC, 8:20 p.m.)

This is what players will see tomorrow a.m.

I go back as far as 83 following this team... not as long as many of you, but longer than others. Give me flying Elvis any day of the week... I always get that 'throw up in my mouth' type of feeling seeing those red jerseys and Pat pinching a loaf on the helmet.

Maybe this year those demons can be exorcised for me.

I'd imagine the home reds since they are the home team and it is a night game. I think that'd nullify the advantage the whites would have (reflecting sunlight/heat).

It's the dark blue color.....too drab.I liked the medium blue from the mid-nineties.Also that drab gray with the dark blue is washed out on tv.

I got the retro-hat with the old logo on the front from the pats.com store.......i love it.
