Oh, that guy was raggin me about something the other day, but i didnt think he was THAT bad. So, after doing some research, it seems his last post was in the "official insult thread". Even his insults didnt seem like a banning offense. Wonder which Mod he p*ssed off

As a lurker here Ive seen it a 1000 times. The mods on this board use their power only as a revenge device.And ban people for being disagreeable with them.Lets not forget this is a discussion forum not an agreement forum.People are getting damn tired of it.Ian needs to remember there is another forum thats kinda popular and a lot less strict. My advice to Ian get rid of all the current mods good or bad and start over. If people feel like they have to walk on eggshells they will "walk" elsewhere.

Actually Gully you've been flagged by many of your peers using the "Report" function of the site - which is unrelated to the moderators and is done by other members, so you apparently need to work on your people skills.

And FYI - the amount of members who get suspended or face any type of disciplinary action is extremely small, so I think you're being a bit extreme. As for any other forums, it's not a competition and everyone has a right to go where they want. I'm fully aware of how lucky I am to have everyone in here, and the goal is simply to try to keep this place a civil and informative place to come and talk football. We can't have people threatening others to a fight, or coming into a thread and stirring up trouble. That just won't work, and going forward to prevent things from escalating I have instituted a mod that will remove a user from a thread if it gets hijacked or if they're causing trouble - so please be aware of this when any of you come into a thread going forward.
