Or do they post lies in the Eagles Locker Room?

Philadelphia Eagles Philadelphia Eagles 27, New England Patriots 25

The Philadelphia Eagles won the game but they didn’t look good in the first half as they were losing 21-6. Donovan McNabb completed 11 of 18 passes for 103 yards. A.J. Feeley was the star of the game for the Eagles as he completed 18 of 24 passes for 211 yards with a TD pass. The running game was led by rookie Lesean McCoy who carried the ball 10 times for 55 yards (5.5 ypc) and he also caught 2 passes for 12 yards. Eldra Buckley also had a solid game for the Eagles rushing for 23 yards on 8 carries (2.9 ypc) with a TD run. He also added 56 yards receiving on 6 catches (9.3 avg) with a TD grab. The Eagles looked sharp overall on offense in this game rolling up 420 total yards.

The defense was pretty solid in this game for the Eagles as they held the Patriots to 257 total yards of offense. The run defense was especially sharp allowing only 3.3 yards per carry. DE/OLB Jason Babin had a solid game for the Eagles with 4 tackles and a sack. Safety Rashad Baker also pitched in with 4 tackles.

The first half of this game showed the Eagles still have a lot to work on. But, it was still nice to see the backups play well enough to pull out a win.

"It's not you .. it's them" (I've heard a variation of that a few times in my life) :)

I'll never forgive the Eagles for beating us in that Super Bowl...

I guess they're comparing points allowed by and put up by their backups?

Of course the score doesn't matter - how many times did we see Belichick opt to test out situational schemes rather than go for yards or points? That's smart pre-season football if you ask me. Let Rex Ryan and the Jets proclaim themselves pre-season champs.

That's actually very, very weird. Ah well, they can "win" that game if they want to. Maybe they think that last minute FG was good...

We can't let that happen. They've already won the offseason championship! And Ryan has the hotdog, hamburger, pie, chocolate, pizza, funnelcake, french fry, cake, steak, rib, and taco eating competition championships as well!

HA HA!! ...that's great... but you forgot he kicked butt in the bacon inhalation round and he also dethrowned Abe Froman as the Sausage king of Chicago (2005-present).

Great...once again we have the preseason winners in the afc and nfc...jets and eagles...heading to the SB...whew! saves a lot of trouble worrying about those meaningless 16 games and Playoffs that we all have to sit thru until the two teams of destiny meet in Miami...

i think i'll work on my golf game...maybe follow the NBA...

Sshhhhe, this is part of a disinformation program intended to discomfort reported Canadian seperatists trying to influence the Detroit referendum on selling Ontario back to Buffalo.

That same reporter had the Pats over the Giants 17-14 in Super Bowm XLII.
