Edelman had a good second practice making a few catches..

Looks real quick when they were doing the WR cone drills.

Remember how high were on slater last year well version two could be better.

Other notes.

Brady Moss show today with Moss making one spectacular grab just keeping the feet in. right in front of the bleachers.

Watson was making the LBs look foolish in one on one drills.

I would say the DBs had a tough day as would be expected from day one VS Moss and Welker

Galloway dropped an easy one but had a few nice ones including an underthrown flee flicker with a defender draped on him. Wonder if Brady is still trying to figure out how fast he is remember a few years ago he kept underthrowing Moss.

Kick coverage let welker fool them on a drill clearly geared to coverage.

Few other vets got a practice off....That will scare the **** out of us when its Brady's turn.

Thats all I can think of now will add when I think of some things I am forgetting.

Dave Thomas had the catch of the day. One hander.

Adalius Thomas seemed to be in the backfield a bunch.

Edelman could be this years Bam Childress - Loved by all but not going farther than the preseason

Yeah. Edelman is a great story, but lock him up for an early release. Or I should say I won't be surprised when he is gone (and then brought back to the practice squad).

Dont get me wrong I compared him to Slater not Welker (edelman is quicker Slater probably has better straightline speed more speaking of expectation). But he seems to look like he belongs on that field. If he doesn't make it I would say it is because he is really raw and I would imagine they would pay him good money to be on the Practice Squad (for wildcat practice) the way did in the past with an olinemen I believe Britt.

Certainly, but I'll take a bigger, quicker more athletic Bam.

Everybody loved Bam. He still in the league ?

Good summary. Reiss hyped this guy up way to much this preseason. He still needs a lot of work.

Reiss didn't hype up the guy worth a damn. It was people over-reacting to some positive words about a player that made it seem like Reiss was hyping him. Sheesh. You people seriously need to get your heads examined if all you can do is slam some positive talk about a player.

He always looks great while the ball is in the air and after the catch. It's that split second between those two periods that is the tricky part.

Summary of what ? Comparing one player to another for no reason other than they play the same position and are longshots is just a random stab in the dark comparison, not a summary. Don't encourage him

I, for one, am intrigued by a player who had strong quickness measurables and seems to be flashing ability on the field too.

I think he was speaking of my camp summary not just Edelman as tried to take Edelman down a notch. And I thought I explained the reason I chose Slater was because I didn't want to proclaim him the next best WR in the game but think he could be someone who makes this squad not being a high draft pick and I did mention one obvious difference.

Just curious if you went today?

Well, put me on the Edelman bandwagon.

I like him and have him on my 53!

Don't knock it. I was always surprised he couldn't get open.

Edelman had a real tough day today see my notes for todays morning session.
