Does anybody know what happened with Chung's contract?

The last thing I read about it in here, was that it was close, but nothing has happened since. I'm not worried about it, just curious.

It has been well documented that BB will coach the players that show up.

I have the same question as you. It's probably held up because no high #2 picks have signed. The 32nd pick in the 1st round (Hood) signed yesterday
and this should help the situation.

It appears the Pats are in better shape than maost other teams as far as getting so many rookies signed prior to the start of training camp.

and this should help the situation.

Between picks#22 and 39, Hood is the only one who has signed so the frame of reference re slotting isn't there so they (agent) are probably taking a "wait and see" approach. The problem is that if everybody's watching and nobody's signing, it could become a long waiting game....I expect a lot of actin in the next day or two....

Thanks Guys. Hopefully he'll be signed soon. It's not good for any rook to miss to much time in camp.

probably because BB (as someone else observed above) is known for "coaching the players he has" and working around or moving past those who don't show up, especially rookies...
