Can anybody tell me if the narrator saying "I spent an AMAZING day with Eli Manning" is a boy or a girl? They showed the yahoo who was narrating but I can't tell if it's a boy or a girl.

My least favorite is the NFL films one where one guy says, "that is what perfection is all about." Then you have Strahan on the sidelines at the Super Bowl screaming, "One touchdown, we are world champions". Follow that up with a clip of "the catch" from SB42...

Here's the question : really, really crappy channels are getting advertising. Why can't the NFL Network, from 7pm EDT to 8pm EDT get some ACTUAL companies to pay for advertising ? It seems totally ridiculous that they have their own crap on there... SOMEONE must want to get their product on air.

Good question. Maybe they don't need ad money since they're getting revenue as a premium cable channel.

You'd think that the makers of Slap Chop would be giggity to get their ads on the NFL Network. The ad space has to be cheap given how many times we've seen the same Ecoli Girlning ad over and over and over.

Did you just write "Maybe they don't need money" ? The NFL is all about getting paid (thanks Asante). It HAS to be something, but I refuse to believe it's not wanting more cash ! Some teams are looking to get sponsorss on TC jerseys à la NASCAR... just for more dough.

They used to actually have sponsors during commercials. Now these ANNOYING things are on every five seconds. The other day, the SAME FKN ONE was one twice in a row and I puked a little in my mouth. NFL Network must be hurting. No advertisers to run besides their in-house stuff...

Since we're talking about NFL Network, does anyone else in the NE area find it annoying that the Giants and Jets are included in the "Local Zone" section On Demand. I also find it quite annoying that the same Giants vs. Eagles game has been on there for like 6 months.....
