Happy Fourth of July to all my fellow Patriot and NFL fans on Patsfans.com.

As summer begins for real, it sure won't be long until TC starts and before we know it, Labor day and football for real.

The excitement we all share for this upcoming season seems to me to be much more than previous years. This may be due to obvious fact of Brady returning along with what appears to be one powerhouse of a team with very few holes. Also, for me and some of the other original Patsfans - this 50th season celebration means so much. Old school uni's - home and away, recognition of great Patriot teams past which all led to our decade of dominance that we are enjoying right now.

We are exactly 4 weeks away from the first day of training camp. Good God, I am so excited for football I am thinking of making the 5 hour drive just to watch Brady and Moss hook up for the first time.

What an odd senario. If you were, say, 50 years old, you could turn 51 in China, fly to the states and be 50 again and then be 51 once more.

It's possible theoretically but the flights may be too long and take off too late to do that. I've always arrived the same day that I've taken off, sometimes earlier in the day and sometimes around the same time depending on where I land. Today I left Shanghai at about 4 PM and arrived in Chicago around 3:45 PM. If you could get a morning flight from Japan to the west coat it could be do-able.

I'd get her first one for you too, since it's much larger and covers more basic chinese cooking and techniques, but that one you have to get used if you go through Amazon, and I just don't take those chances for other people. I'd feel bad if the used book was in crappy shape that way.
