I like Hochstein. He's done well for us.

I remember feeling bad for him but it seems he's had

With all the moves the Patriots have made for the offensive line, I have to wonder if Hochstein will be playing in New England or Kansas City come week one. No matter what happens with him, I wish him the best of luck this season, and for as long as he wishes to play.

The thing is: some players are going, and I don't think it's going to be either of the first 2 o-linemen picked in the draft. That means that at least 2 'veterans' will be moving on. I don't think Hochstein is the worst of the veterans or anything like that, but he's moving up there in age and the team may decide to go in a different direction.

I'm not worried for the guy because I'm sure that Pioli would love to have him in K.C. if he were available. Lord knows the Chiefs could use the upgrade for the interior of that line.

Decent player, very nice person, excellent teammate, sounds like a terrific father.

I have seen a decline in his skills on the O-line. He had the dear in the headlights look.

But he had performed so admirably--as had the whole line--a few years earlier against Carolina.

I do think he's still our fullback.

His versatility might keep him on the team, but thats about it. I like him as a person, but those positions could be upgraded. The fact that he can backup three positions is a real bonus on gameday. We'll just have to wait, and see.

That is the thing with the NFL, the guy playing a position could be a great guy and team mate, but if there is an upgrade available, then the guy is doomed.

If the kid from Penn State shows he is NFL strong and can learn the Center Position, Russ may be doomed.

I would take a fire hydrant over Yates. That guy is worthless.

Injuries aside I am expecting a whale of a fight at OT this year. I expect BB to make a surprise cut (or two) which should send a message with who he keeps at OT this year.
