T.O. 'tripping', says nobody will rent to him

Bills' receiver says they don't want any drama in their neighborhood

Terrell Owens said:
Late Tuesday night, the Bills receiver posted a message on his Twitter.com site which read that he's "tripping about residents" who won't rent a home to him in Orchard Park because they "(don't) want any drama n their neighborhood!! LOL!!! Wow!!."

Or perhaps he is just upset because his name hasn't been mentioned in the news for the last week or two.

Heh, this is just the beginning...

Would have thought a man who is supposed to be cool would have straight up bought the place.

Then again he probrably wont be around long...

Why wouldn't people want to have a prima donna who will only be there for a year(maybe two at most) and who every week brings a chance that several dozen media personnel will be banging down their doors for dirt on him when he finally screws up or blows up?

Who wouldn't want that in their potential tenant?

Why the hell doesn't he just buy a darn house there! The heck with renting, just buy one

This is just the beginning of TO in Buffalo...and the beginning of the end.

Just because he can't find a place to live he's gonna be a cancer in the locker room? Gimme a break.

He's gonna be a cancer in that whole stanky town. That said, it might go unnoticed in a place like Buffalo.

I wouldn't rent him a closet without a $5,000 security deposit in cash.

Stanky town? By the way, Randy Moss was being seen in the same light as Owens. Locker room cancer, takes plays off, how did you guys feel when he came to town? With all the talk that he took plays off in Oakland and he didn't want to be there, it's good he has nothing to complain about now because he's WINNING. Can't fault T.O. for wanting to win.

Right, San Fransisco, Philadelphia, and Dallas were aberrations and he's turned over a new leaf in a new city...right

Moss came from Oakland.

T.O. came from Dallas.

That alone makes it COMPLETELY different. One of those teams is generally much better than the other.

And do you believe in any corner of your heart Buffalo was T.O.'s dream landing spot?

It certainly wasn't his first choice but hey, money talks. I just find it laughable that some think he's going to be a distraction because he can't find a place to live.

No, his temper tantrums and otherwise childish behavior will take care of the distraction bit.

Not trying to rip on you or the Bills, peek, but if this guy wasn't happy with McNabb or Romo...

And as for the Randy Moss thing, I'll be the first to admit I didn't want him in NE when the trade was first announced. However when he got here he turned it around. He pulled a fair amount of crap in MN, but in Oakland he just wasn't happy with the team. T.O. never purposely ran into to someone with a car like Randy did, but EVERYWHERE he goes he finds something to piss and moan about and he does it in the most childlike, inappropriate way possible. And now he's already complaining about his treatment in Buffalo. While he has a legitimate concern, why did he go and talk about it with the media?

No ripping taken, it's all in good fun anyway. It's well documented that he doesn't get along with the QB's. However, he's only had problems after the first year. That's why he was only signed to a 1 year deal. If we have success with him on the team, sign him up for another year. If not, don't let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya.

You do realize that it was an Eagles team coming off Super Bowl 39 that Owens ripped apart??? How is that wanting to win? They were already that close, having been to 4 NFL championship games in a row before finally winning one and he was celebrated in Philly for his toughness in coming back from a pretty severe injury. He had everything a player could want, a great team, the contract, the respect of media and fans and supposed his fellow players. Then he throws it all away ripping his QB, the team, and anybody else because his feeling were hurt.....

Are you saying he went to the Bills because he wants to win? Because I don't even know how to feel about that.

How is it different? Just because Moss came from a crappy team at that time in Oakland that makes it ok for him to take plays off?

I don't remember Randy Moss ever physically assaulting teammates.

T.O. physically assaulted someone? When? I honestly don't recall hearing about that. Do you have a link to a story or anything?
