Belichick's 17 year old son Brian arrested at Gillette Stadium

Apparently his 17 year old son Brian was attending the LaCrosse game and got caught drinking - Not as bad as Stephens drug charge in 2006 but nevertheless an embarrassment for the coach,especially in his teams stadium.

For a busy man like BB it has to be tough handling two boys who have done some stupid unlawful things in the past few years.

Not a BIG deal but still you have to think BB is embarrassed,not for the underage drinking charge but for where it happened.

Firstly..it's embarrassing...but I have to wonder if this was anyone else would he have given just a warning??? Like police using a bit of discretion with these situations...common sense..WAIT a minute...I think THAT is a thing of the past...Will be interested to know more of the circumstances...NOT a big deal...in anyway..but curious about details.

Not your fault, you all have your job to do. But don't you think the laws could be changed to make underage drinking a civil offense - like posession of marijuana is - instead of a criminal offense? Assuming, of course, that he wasn't being an ass.

Without getting too political, the police could have spent the past years lobbying for the laws regarding this to be changed. They've gone in the other direction with their lobbying, so acting as if the cops are against this sort of thing is misleading, at best:
