At least this one is :D

Hey guys.

New to NFL and have heaps to learn, lots more stats than our game, but am looking forward to learning off you guys and can't wait for the season to start.

Unlike a lot of you guys i wasn't picking a team due to location or family ties so i went for the best run team and one that knows how to win titles.

Very happy with my choice and i'll try not to ask too many dumb questions.

Go Pats

Be sure to post you're from Autralia in the "Patriot Nation" forums as well :)

Welcome aboard Aussie Patriot. As long as you aren't a Collingwood supporter, we'll all get along just fine ;)

G'day eom.

Aussie Rules is the largest followed sport in Australia by a very long way. It is the best game in the world by a very long way, imo, no offense.

We have a ground that can hold 100,000 people and the well supported teams regularly draw 70,000 +

NFL isn't very popular, as far as i know, in Aus as it is too stop start for a lot of Aussies as we like our sport fast and brutal and let's face it, with helmets and padding, it just doesn't cut it for us, hehehe, just playing with ya mate :D

Kiwis are ok, we have no real beef with them.
