Will Tom be the next Pat to get fined for sticking a football in his jersey?

While I do agree with your sentiment in general, am I the only one that sees a certain irony here? It wasn't an American that went to "PopCrunch.com - A Celebrity News Tabloid for Celeb Gossip Junkies" and felt something written there was not only worth reading, but also worthy of repeating in its own thread on a football forum!:D

:youtheman:

I think it was one of these types that started this thread :canadaflag:

Something is seriously weird. We have two rags both claiming to have a photo of Mr and Mrs Brady leaving an OBYGN today.

You might notice Tom is wearing a different hat

Americans are obsessed with entertainment celebrities (seriously, this is NOT a world-wide phenomena)

You betcha, intrusive paparazzi are exclusively an American phenomenon. Just ask Princess Diana.

Any chance that he had nothing better to do and accompanied her to a routine checkup? There are more examinations and procedures done in OB/GYNs than just baby related appointments...

So you're figuring that the guy tags along to hang out in the gynecologist's waiting room and read five-year-old "Fit Pregnancy" magazines during a routine pap smear just for the heck of it?

The rich and famous may be different from you and me, but not that different. :)

I think it sucks too, but they get paid for this stuff. So essentially they have a life. Americans are obsessed with entertainment celebrities (seriously, this is NOT a world-wide phenomena) and there's big dough in scooping on them.

You posted a link to their website. You're helping to drive traffic to their website.

The opposite of love is not hate; it is apathy. If you want them to stop existing, stop making their business model work.

Nah... when you find out it's a boy! Nothing beats that. :D

...until your daughter wraps you around her finger. ;)

very true!! If i have a daughter she will not like me when she gets to the age of dating. I will tell her date, if she sees your dlck im cutting it off:singing:

She could be pregnant. She could be wondering about getting pregnant.

I conjecture that the fact they actually got married and her interest in seeing an OB/GYN are related.

A 29 year old woman who spends a lot of time with her man playing with the baby another woman had by him is likely to want kids of her own ...

Never know...could be :D

Yeah, but I'll be spending several months in Boston working on a film so I wanted to practice up. Now I just have to learn to hate everything I'm scared of or don't understand and get better at mocking the Yankees. The Yankees bit will only be tough because I don't follow Baseball much.

It's not that hard. Two tips to get started:

(1) They aren't the "New York Yankees," they're the "M****[*]F*****[*] Yankees." (Depending on how much of a Boston accent you have, that word could have anywhere from 11 to 13 letters. ;))

(2) If they're on this list, they are the Enemy. :)

(3) Some quick tips for recognizing the Good Guys:
Jacoby Ellsbury = flies around field, kinda like Moss
Dustin Pedroia = smaller than Wes Welker
David Ortiz = mini-Wilfork
Jason Bay = Canadian ;)
Kevin Youkilis = scary goatee guy
Jason Varitek = old goatee guy
Mike Lowell = Hispanic old goatee guy
And, of course, there's some guy in RF who may or may not be JD Drew. ;)

Pitchers:
Josh Beckett = tall pitcher
Jon Lester = shorter clone of Beckett, with bigger ears
Justin Masterson = looks like he should be a TE for the Pats ;)
Jonathan Papelbon = acts like he's on some really, ahem, interesting meds

Actually, now that you mention it, I think I've noticed this one before, hehe.

OK, this is what I'm concerned about:

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, who was equally stone-faced.

What the hell happened to his face? Will that effect his ability to read defenses? His vision has to be less with a stone face.

:scared:Just when I thought there was nothing to worry about!

Has any QB is history ever recovered from a stoned face and won a SB?

Too bad he did'nt have a stone knee last season.

American's are obsessed with entertainment celebrity's yet it is a Canadian who linked the story to this message board to give it more play, justify their (paparazzi - sp?) jobs, and line their wallets. :confused2:

BTW, I think plenty of other countries have just as much of an unhealthy obsession with their own celebrities.

**EDIT**
Didn't even see this post on pg 2 before I replied...
