This is the second or third annual Dr. Nut draft grades. I want to do this before Dr Z does his, so here we go.

#34 Patrick Chung SS Ore, He has asked to wear #37 and has now found out how hard NFL life can be after the beating Rodney put on him Grade A-

#40 Ron Brace DT BC. Between him and the late round DT's drafted the Patriots player food service has asked for bail out money. Grade B+

#41 Darius Bulter CB Uncon. Showed up late Sat night at Ellis Hobbs house to change the wall paper. Grade A

#58 Sabastian Vollmer Flew up the draft boards on Sat from a Priority FA to a second rounder. France surrendered after hearing of this pick Grade C+

#83 Brandon Tate WR, NC - team really missed Willie Andrews last year Grade B+

#97 Tyrone McKenzie, LB, So Fla- Has been to 3 schools and BB likes specialists- will help on long road trips Grade A

#123 Rich Ohrnberger G Penn State. I have nothing to say about him- nothing. grade C-

#170 George Bussey T Lou. Added a "s" to his name so he would not be confused with Gary Busey. Will join the team right after the filming of the Buddy Holly Story II is complete Grade B

#198 Jake Ingram LS , HI BB had a private work out at the North Pole and Ingram aced the snow angel drills. Grade A

#207 Myron Pryor DT, KY and #234 Daryl Richard DT, GT. Bb not being satisfied with SB championship, brought these guys in to bring home the Coney Island Hot Dog eating Championship to be displayed at the Hall at Patriot Place.

# 232 Julian Edleman QB Kent State - will be traded to the Jets for a 2nd rounder next year when they find out that Sanchez really sucks.

BB as usual traded and traded and traded and now has 2 more 2nd rounders for the 2010 draft. This will be his last year doing that as the History Channel says the world is going to end in 2012.

Overall Homer grade considering all factors A+.

good stuff and funny....thanks patsnutme!

Wonderful, just what i needed on a dreary monday ;)

I am quite interested in seeing how the Sanchez pick works out. Despite all the hoopla, there is a very real difference between playing in College and playing in the NFL. 1st round QB picks seem to produce one of two types of player: very good, or very bad.

Let's hope the Jets have played true to form and drafted their very own Ryan Leaf. :D

Funny stuff,PatsNut...

"Snow angle"?

"Snow angle"?

Thanks for pointing that out. I thought that I had type it right.

When I coached a girls basketball team we had a girl named Angel (Angie). By mid season the other girls were calling her Angle because of the number of times that I wrote down her name wrong. She was not happy.:D

I hear footsteps :D

Nice job

I did forget that the Patriots hold the NFL record for drafting players with the last name Chung in the first 2 rounds of the draft.

Correct me if I'm wrong becasue I'm not wasting my time to look it up.
