I pose the following question. Are the Patriots the fastest Offensive club in the NFL? I think so.
The Patriot's believe in mobile offensive linemen who can pull, get out on screens and get to the second level for blocking. There is not a more mobile G in the League than Steven Neal. They are at least above average as a fast Offensive line.
At WR Moss and Galloway are two of the fastest men in the NFL. Even now Galloway may be the fastest NFL player as he was a few years ago. At TE, Watson is one of the fastest, if not th fastest outright, of the TEs in the League. I don't think there is any team that has such a three some as its starting receivers. As an aside, Welker may not be 40 fast, but he has to be the quickest WR in the slot, in the League.
At RB, Laurence Maroney, has unusual speed for a RB. It made him a first round draft pick. The other RBs are not as fast but Taylor and Faulk combine quickness and power.
Any one care to comment?
