A Galloway note from Reiss' chat yesterday

thats awesome news, man its just gets me so psyched to know Brady is goin into 09 with a year's rested arm!!

Bradys hungry.

That makes sense. Just look at Giselle. Obviously, she's not geting enough to eat and an active athlete like Brady must be starving living with her.

The one positive about Brady missing the year is his body had a year to heal. He was having problems with his foot in trainning camp.
Ok, there were no positives........

Man this is gonna be huge if Galloway can play a big role in this offense... it's gonna be really hard to stop the Pats passing game! Perhaps an upgrade to the offensive line could put this Pats offense over the top of even the 2007 offense! Scary thought!

Biggest knock I would have on Galloway is that he's not as good as Gaffney at run blocking, in my opinion.

My biggest concern is not his health, age, or speed; it is how he will fit in to an offensive scheme that may call on him to be an effective run-blocker.
I don't doubt that's the case -- you've watched him play -- but that was a big knock on Moss as well. While Moss doesn't look like David Givens during a running play he's been surprisingly effective. I wouldn't be surprised if Galloway, in a contract year, playing for Belichick & Brady, takes his blocking up a notch.

I am certain as a fan can be that Galloway will be better than Stallworth or Gaffney. Faster, better hands, and a better route runner. He will make everything work on offense including the running game and the ability for Moss to break free again. Moss,Welker and Galloway will complement each other where I can see a rather large avg yrd per catch and long TD's.

Book it on one condition and that is Galloway's health. That is the only part of his game that scares me. I think he will block well if he wants a ring. Being part of the Pats organization just brings out the little things in most players for some reason.

Tom Brady is accurate? Where was it in the superbowl? He is a terrific player but he is a mega choker, thats right he is an even bigger choker than peyton. he short arms all his throws and he misses wide open receivers in the clutch. He is like the arod of football. Great player but a choker.

you are a blithering idiot.

it should be a felony for people like you to reproduce.

now go brush your tooth and mind your business, you sack of garbage.

I love Brady but when its clutch time i pray that he doesnt have to pass. I would much rather hand if off and run the ball then let tom chuck it.

Based on what exactly?

Hes just shaky under those conditions. His reads, his awareness, and his demeanor all take major hits.

Anyone who even tries to debate with this idiot over this is just enticing him. Now go step in front of an oncoming bus please.

I'm glad Keegs doesn't have Dirk blocked, hehe.

Fellas, brady is my favorite player but he hasnt come through in the clutch since 04. Still the best qb in the nfl though, we just have to win with our running game and defense in the 4th quarter.

Not saying I agree but Brady did throw crucial picks in some big playoff games in the years he said (Denver, San Diego, Indy and if u exclude the Jacksonville game he didn't play that great in the 07 playoffs ) now I'm not saying he isn't the best and i'm not even agreeing with this guy but those things did happen if that's what he's trying to say.

Name one qb who wins every playoff game?

That's not what I said, Am I lying in saying he threw those picks am i lying in saying that he didn't play that good in the 07 playoffs excluding the Jacksonville game. All i'm saying is fact now i'm not forgetting he drove them down the field in the Super Bowl and gave the the lead and if the defense stopped the Giants none of this would have come up but they didn't and Brady didn't have a particularly good game it wasn't his fault but that doesn't really matter a lose is a lose.
