Adenhart and two other people in the car were killed... another is in the hospital. A minivan ran a red light and hit them, then fled the scene on foot (he was eventually caught). Adenhart was apparently trapped in the car for half-an-hour.

He pitched just last night, striking out 5 in six scoreless innings.

Only 22-years-old too.

If this story isn't depressing enough, the driver of the other vehicle was DUI as well.

Why is it that everytime some sh!tstain kills someone while DUI, he walks away with hardly a scratch? Manslaughter times three for him.

What a sad, sad story and the kids father flew out from Maryland to see him pitch last night to top it all off......................

To make it even worse the dumb a** had a suspended license and had been convicted for many DUI charges before that. RIP Adenhart

Such a terrible loss. God Bless the families of the 4 who were killed. We can only hope that the cowerd that did this gets life behind bars to think about what he did. :bricks:
