Rick Gosselin shows BB some love

The team is stacked now and will only get better.

That article was an incredible compliment to BB, who I think we all feel is the best in the business. Great read. Thanks for posting this.

Rashad Johnson gets a heap of love as well!

For the most part, my fan base hates Goose Gosselin b/c every offseason, he gives our NFCE rivals Eagles ALOT of *love*...to me, it's WAY too much for my tastes.

But in all fairness - aside from his Eagles sucking up to 95% of the time, when it comes to his analysis in the NFL, he is VERY fair. Aside from Tim Cowlishaw, pretty much the entire DFW sports media is too fair, to the point where they border on the negative when they cover the Cowboys.

This year my favorite player is Rashad Johnson, a safety out of Alabama. All you need to know about Johnson is that he went to Alabama as a walk-on and finished his career as one of only eight two-time captains in school history

I'm sure that will help his stock with the Pats.

Rashad "Rudy" Johnson... has a nice ring to it.

I'd think he'd be available in the 2nd round if BB wants him.

I wish we could get a recording of Saban and BB talking about Johnson.

PS: Saban has two blue/red chip 3-4 defensive players coming in 2010. McCain - ILB and Mount Cody - NT.

Hey Tunafan

Sympathize with the concept of area sport writers undermining the team.

However, how exactly can one be "too negative" when it comes to the Cowboys?

Nice read but I diagree with his compliment that we do not have any glaring needs. I think we do in our D.

Yeah but you've got to admit that the Eagles do a great job of being consistently competitive.

I don't get it. If Denver is "on the clock at 12" it's too late to trade up into the Top 10.

Sorry to hear that. In my opinion, he is the best NFL columnist by a mile. If he wants to transfer to the Globe -- oh wait, scrub that ... but you know what I mean. I'd love to have him as beat writer for the Pats.

Yo Mikey. April 19th is coming.
You'll get yours!
