New 4 round mock is out:

WalterFootball.com: 2009 NFL Mock Draft

They have the Pats taking:

23 - Rey Maualuga ILB
34 - Larry English DE/LB
47 - Jared Cook TE
58 - Andy Levitre OG
89 - Nic Harris SS
120 - Asher Allen CB

Some other notable picks:

15 - Clay Matthews OLB
20 - William Beatty OT
21 - Robert Ayers DE
22 - Darius Butler CB
30 - Alphonso Smith CB
32 - Sean Smith CB/S
35 - Patrick Chung S
43 - Clint Sintim LB
44 - Connor Barwin DE/LB
49 - Louis Delmas S
50 - Hakeem Nicks WR
55 - William Moore S
64 - Jarron Gilbert DE

I could see us taking (including a supplenmental pick at #97):

#23 - Rey Maualuga ILB - not my preferred choice, but with Beatty gone if we think Barwin will last to #34 it's not a horrible way to go, especially as Harvin, Heyward-Bey and Nicks are all still on the board at WR

#34 - Connor Barwin DE/OLB

#43 (trade up using #58 and #89) - Hakeem Nicks WR

#47 - Louis Delmas S

#97 - Coye Francies CB

#122s - Trevor Canfield OG

That wouldn't be a bad draft at all

I would take Urbick at 97, bit I guess not if I knew I was getting Canfield in the 4th. King the DE is intriguing at 97.

Nice to see Darius Butler finally getting some love in the mocks. I think this is one of the more accurate mocks I've seen, but the Pats taking a TE needs to stop.

I would have taken Canfield at #97, but Francies would be too good to pass up at that spot. He seems more like a late 2nd round value. Has good hips and had a good 3-cone time.

Well, if it's Thor, I'd be willing to make an exception. ;)

BB loves to draft TE"s. Except for Graham, none seem to work out, but that OK he'll just pick more.

The only TE in this draft class with the hands BB desires is Coffman.

If BB drafted Jarius Byrd, Glbert, Coffman and Mathews, he would have four players whose fathers have played in the NFL. This is the year of the bloodline.

I'm intrigued by Nick Harris at pick 89 and on. He's got good size, perhaps could be used in that hybrid role they had in mind for Tank Williams. I also really like Chase Coffman in the 4th round. He's not an incredible athlete, but every time I saw him playing he was making tough catches over the middle. I could see him turning into a reliable target.

Also, I don't like the idea of taking Larry English pick 34 if Barwin is still there. Barwin is bigger, faster, more athletic, and both are being drafted on a projection so it's not as if English has more experience at the position. I'm not usually a combine/measurables guy, but Barwin has the combine numbers and production at every position he's been put in. To have a good senior season after changing positions shows that he's a true football player who works hard. If they can get him at 34 or 47 I would be very pleased. Ideally they get him at 47 after trading pick 34 to a team that will give us their first rounder next year so we can hose them ala San Fran with Mayo and Baltimore with Eugene Wilson and Big Vince for Kyle Boller.

Don't forget Darius Butler, who's cousin is Willis McGahee.

I would be very happy with that draft except for Cook (I don't want any part of him).

At #47 I would take Robiskie !!

I love the Allen pick.

at #47 he had the choice of Nicks and Delmas, and he chose a TE????????????????? Why read the rest?

with the signing of Baker, can't see a TE on the first day, unless someone of 1st round quality drops into the late 2nd.

That pretty much sums it up, doesn't it?

I think if Harvin is on the board at #34 (and LB is taken at #23) there is a good chance the Pats take him. Though I don't see him falling out of the first round.

I like English better than Barwin, is Barwin athletic enough to be a top rush end? Do u think he can project into a double digit sack guy in the Nfl level?

I would take Delmas or Moore before Cook. After getting Baker, TE is not a huge need anymore.

Yes and Yes.

English is one of my top 3 guys for OLB candidates but Barwin tops the list.

Yup. He's got the tools and intelligence to grow into a blend of Vrabel and Demarcus Ware. English is getting compared to Lamar Woodley, not bad, but Barwin has the higher ceiling and is a better fit for what NE does.

Baker signing aside, this guy wouldn't be the first person in the world to think that Ben Watson and David Thomas just ain't gonna cut it. Might want to give him a mulligan on this one.
