Updating previous items, Sage Rosenfels' new contract with the Vikings is a two-year, $9 million extension.
Originally reported as only $9 million over three seasons, Rosenfels will probably get around $11-12 million through 2011 in actuality. We are still waiting to see the signing bonus. This isn't much of a starter's contract.

And it's the high-end version of a back-up QB. Weird move, for sure. Doesn't seem like the fanbase is jacked about it, and the reporters (non NFL bum-chums) don't seem to buy it as the final QB move.

Maybe they're eyeballing Warner.

Possibly haven't seen anything on Warner really I think hes debating retirement too.
