It seems that Mangini is already a hit in Cleveland. Apparently, Shawn Rogers is willing to give up a $6 million roster bonus to get away from him. I guess he took a page out of Parcells' book and ignored Rogers and then claimed he didn't see him (yes, because Rogers wouldn't stand out in a crowd). Except Mangini is a coach who failed to get into the playoffs two of his three years coaching and Parcells has three Super Bowl appearances and two wins.

Rodgers is a big prima donna baby.

He was also the best player on the Browns last year. Mangini is hurting himself if he doesn't keep him happy, baby or not.

Sure Rodgers is a beast, but cmon, the guy wants traded because Mangini did not say hello.

Seems like Rodgers is hurting himself by leaving all that guaranteed money on the table, but maybe not.

It doesn't seem as if Tubby Ratfink learned anything in New Jersey. He bullied players and then after it all caved in, told them in his goodbye speech that it wasn't anything personal, he was just trying to get the best out of them. Now he's playing Parcellsian mind games again but doesn't have the experience or smarts to back it all up. I feel sorry for Browns fans.

Hahahah I hear you, Unfortunately where I live I will have to listen/watch Lions and Browns stories year around now because those are the local teams, it will be even more painful because they will be about Mangini all the time because the Browns will suck so bad. I can't blame Rodgers for wanting out I wouldn't want to play under him under him either.

That might be fueling it, but I have heard other reports that stated Mangini is not very popular in Cleveland already. Granted his players hated him in NY until they won 10 wins. Although that good will only lasted until he traded Pete Kendall like a turd and the Jets only won 6 wins the following year.

Funny how all these primadonnas follow Mangini everywhere he goes. People called Kendall, Coles, Favre (well, they have a point there), and Chris Baker primadonnas or malcontents when they had run ins with Mangini. Sooner or later, you gotta think it is Mangini's fault and not the players.
