OT: Madden '09 - Brady is now the Patriots STARTER!

On Madden 09, playing online the rosters are updated daily. Its been Matt Cassel-fest until yesterday. Obviously the people at EA sports have unlimited knowledge of Brady's rehab and have tracked him as the starter....


either that or the rosters restet after the superbowl....I like to think the former.

Well if you are playing with him do not let him get hurt.....bad Karma....You should stick with Cassel until after Superbowl 44

I have been using him all year..all you have to do is is pause it and sub him in through the depth chart.

Yes, he is still a 99, but his throw power and accuracy have both been lowered,power down to 97 and accuracy down to 98. both were 99 previously.

other big changes in the last update:
Maroney from a 90 to an 81, lost 6 points in speed, has 87 now. Sammy is rated higher at an 83.
Welker from 95 to 93, lost 2 points in speed. i don't see the point in lowering him, he made the pro-bowl.
Moss went from 99 to 98
Seymour went from 96 to 94
Harrison went from 94 to 90
Matt light from 96 to 94

Keith Rivers is a 90, while they have Mayo at 88. makes NO sense, but hey what do you expect from EA?

anyway.....




after playing the game since the holidays, I'd say best madden game yet. PS3 online play makes it ultra fun to bust out quick games with friends down the street or in another country.

if anyone wants to step to me, I'm down.

In my game of Madden '09, the Pats just went 16-0 again, this time beating the Eagles in the Super Bowl 45-17. Brady threw for 43TD passes and Vince Wilfork had 11 sacks. Deltha O'Neil made the pro bowl. And I have 3 first round picks in next year's draft.
