Tom Brady radio appearance - Reiss' Pieces - Boston.com

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is scheduled to be interviewed tonight on the Fan 590, a Toronto sports radio station.

According to a press release touting his appearance, Brady will be promoting a toxin-free pain cream.

Brady answered questions from reporters at the Patriots' holiday party in December, but deflected questions on the health of his injured left knee at that time.

Surely that topic will come up again in his interview tonight, and we will relay anything noteworthy Brady has to say afterward.

doubt it was intentional but who knows but I love the fact that he is doing this interview with the Canadian media instead of our own media because screw them they suck (TMZ, ESPN and the like can eat their hearts out cause canuck radio may get the jump on them).

Hopefully he talks about his health as we all could use some good news as we sit here waiting a super bowl between a team we destroyed and the team I wanted to see a 2nd time the most (because the first time was not a true result of these teams not saying we win the second time just that it would not be as bad as that first one).

I can hear 590 loud and clear from here in Buffalo. What time?

as long as we don't play the Steelrs in the rain. Randy and Jabar were like little girls not being able to catch jack ****.

I know but that is my point even in the rain they likely wouldn't play like that again.

Sadly, I'll be in my car driving home from the kids' swimming lessons. I can tune it in, but I won't be able to hear it.

Hoping for good news, but I bet there will still not be much info until the Cassel situation comes and goes.

OR... the NFL/Pats can't stop him from talking to Canadian media (though I doubt it).

Side-note, The Fan is owned by Rogers who might someday own the Bills. Maybe he's planning ahead to make nice with the media of his new team... ;)

I think that Tom is contractually obligated.

fyi...i was listening at the top of their show and they said 6:30. And I don't think Toronto is an hour off from us. I'll keep listening and keep you posted.

No, I'm sure he will announce his retirement due to no longer having the desire to play or rehab from the worst knee surgery in history.

Who wants to bet Brady says next to nothing about his health.

6:23 PM update. Still talking about Hockey

i bet he will say nothing citing BB.

I know, no way I can make it home in time to listen so I've been hanging around my office listening to Hockey Talk. :canadaflag: :(

wouldn't you just start with a knee question...
