As they should be. The Cards are barely better then .500

The iggles look as silly as those same Cardinals did when we dropped a 47 spot on them

Huh, they have fans who want to BLOW IT UP just like we do.

Of course, its' a little more understandable for them, since thier Head Coach and core of players didn't win 3 Super Bowls.

I just can't believe this. Not that the Eagles are that great either, but they're getting smacked around by the Cardinals?!?!

And I don't just say that because the Cards have sucked since the Truman administration. I never thought they were that good this year in the regular season; yes they won their division, but that division was beyond pathetic this year. I figured they'd lose to Atlanta, but when they didn't I chalked it up to a rookie QB and home field advantage.

But when they not only won at Carolina, but made the Panthers look like they were an expansion team again...

Although most Eagles fans are obnoxious a-holes, I can see their frustration. Their club has been to the NFC Championship game 5 or 6 times in 8 years, with one Super Bowl appearance, and they are getting clobbered by a club who has won one playoff game in the last 60 years.

eagles fans are happy now. what a come back. should wait till after the game to start a thread like this.

I'm glad you posted it Insano ... TOUCHDOWN Cardinals !!!!!

I thought thread discipline was bad here.
It looks like any thought that enters their head they start a thread about it.

Not to mention all the cuss words in the titles. This and most boards I've been to, that stuff gets blocked out.

If I were an eagles fan, I'd be embarrassed at the fact that once the game was over, when the Cardinals were celebrating on the field, the Eagles players WERE CELEBRATING WITH THEM BASICALLY.

Go back and watch the tape on fox at the end of the game, Assante Samuel, Correll Buckhalter and other Eagles all smiling and laughing and yucking it up with the Cardinals players. I WOULD HAVE BEEN BULL****. You just lost the biggest ******* game of the season and you're laughing after the game? WTF

For some of you, you just lost your 4th title game in 5 years. That's embarrassing.

Say what you will about them. Eagles fans have great avatars...

Gotta admit, it's kinda dumb of a Giants fan to heckle Eagles fans when the Eagles knocked them out of the playoffs.

On a related note, some idiot Jills fan was in the Patriots.com chat room yesterday talking smack about the Pats not making the playoffs...

Why not? The Giants have THREE Super Bowls, compared to the Eagles having NONE. Plus Eagles fans were invading Giants forums like ****roaches all last week...only to have NOTHING to show for it when all was said and done. Frankly-I myself is itching toward heckling the Eagles fans as well, especially for all the crap they threw at us since the wk17 blowout. But I'm not that kind of guy...

I have a better understanding for their behavior now. Apparently this comment sums up what it is to be an Iggles fan, and their viewpoint on life.
I'm definitely never gonna wise up. I'll fall for it time and time again.

I'm like the stupid gf who gets the sh*t beaten outta me and then believes my bf when he comes home smelling like booze and pu**y and claims he was just stuck at work late.

Then when my friends tell me to leave that a**hole I tell them how great he is to me while wearing 10lbs of make-up to cover up my black eye.

Iggles fans are like Red Sox fans pre 2004; the season just doesn't end, it ends in a train wreck/horrific/WTF just happened kind of way. The Iggles were down 24-6, came storming back to take the lead only to have the defense take the gas pipe and allow the Cardinals to march down the field for the winning score (hmmm, reminds me of a game in the same stadium this past February as a matter of fact).

All I can say as a Red Zox fan is the wait was worth it and all the sh!t heaped on by Yankee fans is laughable now as I look back on it, now they are the ones who are getting heaps of sh!t and rightly so.

To bail on your team is a cowards way out; hang in there Iggles fans, your time will come, although 5 trips to the NFCCG in 8 years with zip to show for it is a royal kick in the ballbag................

Not trying to beat a dead horse here, but with all the whining by them how Hood interfered with Curtis by tripping his legs, Curtis pushed off to begin with(he was able to get that separation largly b/c of just that). So I guess everything evened out when all was said and done. The Cards, OTOH, got hosed on that kickoff before the half-not only it stayed in bounds, but the replay clearly showed the ball didn't even touch that Philly player. Otherwise, it could have been 28-6 going into the half.
