I know this will get moved into oblivion shortly, but thinking about the post I did yesterday, I had my friend whip this quick photshop job.

I think you'll agree it sums up the Jets 2008 season quite nicely. :)

I don't know, you got no Coach and no QB.

I'd argue that life ain't all that good as a Jets fan.

However if you are a Patriots HATER then your comment stands, Life isn't all that bad.

Ouch. Yeah, you got us. The Jets beat the Pats in the SB fair and sq-...

Wait, no they didn't. It was the other New jersey team.

I know, just playing.

I feel bolder now that Ian has suspended the rep system.:)

It should improve now that they've recovered the engine and found the foreign object that gummed up the works and caused them to crash well short of their intended destination.

Doesn't look like a goose to me. More like a lame duck.

Okay your turn. Post those pictures of all the Jets Super Bowls you saw.

Here it is. A little grainy and barely in color. :( 1969 1969 1969 1969 1969.

The thing about losing in the Super Bowl is that you have to actually make it to the playoffs.

Just out of curiosity, when was the last time the Jets won a playoff game?

You guys really need to find something else besides the Jets to be obsessed with.

I don't think it was officially called the Super Bowl back then. And it was before the merger of the AFL and NFL so it really doesn't count in the modern ear of pro football.

Guys, Gun is just having what little fun he can. Give the guy a break. Remember, over the past 20 years, the highlight for the Jets is a Wild Card round win over the Colts, and they've had more than 10 wins only once. Other than the Bengals and, arguably, the expansion teams (Browns and Texans, but not Jaguars), the Jets have been the worst team in the AFC in that time.
