I'm personally rooting for the Chargers.

I guess I would rather see the chargers win this one.

Please Chargers, please I'm begging y'all.

I'd say I'd go for the Chargers...can't see them beating Baltimore next week.

Reasons to root against Chargers

The douche bag aspect. Self explanatory. LT labels us as classless cheaters, etc.

Our 2nd round draft pick (16th overall) would fall to 31-32 if Chargers make the Super Bowl.

Reasons to root against Steelers

Already have 1 Super Bowl this decade. Win this year and then repeat they'd be tied with the Pats for the most Super Bowls this decade. Not to mention a win this year and they'd take over sole possession of first (6) all time.

Joey Porter's whining about SpyGate and how it effected his years with the Steelers.

Patriots draft pick moves up two spots (Would be 22nd) in every round if Chargers make the Super Bowl. Would be an overall +14 change draft pick wise.

All that said, I'm siding with the Chargers. As I've said in other threads, one of the main reasons...

2008 Mediocrity Bowl: Chargers (8-8) vs Cardinals (9-7)

Chargers, despite the douchebag aspect.

So since LT is inactive, will he sit on the bench with his visor helmet on? :p

Tough to pick a team to root for here. I guess I hate the steelers most of all.

I can't root for the Chargers. I can't stand them and their pissy crybaby players. I don't want the Steelers in the SB but I do want them to take down the Chargers and then hopefully the Ravens take down the Steelers next week.

I want a Ravens/Cardinals SB with AZ taking it.

I'll take douche bags over 6 SB's and 2 this decade. Steeler country has their share of douche bags anyhow. Cmon Chargers!

Its funny how he became the most overexposed player in the NFL just as he became a washed up has been.

8-8 to hosting the AFC Championship game is just too fascinating of a story to me.

Also, as for the Ravens next week - don't want them in the Super Bowl either.

Team that whined off the field and claimed we had an officiating advantage after beating them and a SB win would also be their second of the decade.

As long as neither of these teams win next week, it really doesn't matter which one wins today. I'd rather the Chargers win, but I won't worry about it either way.

Pitt starts the game out by overpersuing on a fake sweep, way to go.

I just can't root for the Steelers. I understand the arguments, but it feels very inorganic.

the bad field in pitt might actually help the SD nullify that pass rush...

TD san diego...

OH. MY. GOD. What a TD

Rivers to V-Jax, wasted no time there

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO TD Chaagas!

Idiot penalty, wait until you're up big like Welker did.
