I know I'm perpetuating Favre crap by posting this, but I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE.. He is the biggest two-faced fraud I can think of in the sports world..

Brett Favre won't fire back at Thomas Jones, unsure about future - ESPN

''As for Thomas [Jones], I have not seen the comments,'' Favre said, according to the Sun-Herald. "To be honest, I am not worried about the comments, either. Was Thomas backed into a corner or in a bad mood when he said those things? I don't know, but ripping Thomas is not my nature.

Favre also said he has yet to make a decision about returning for another season or retiring, according to the report.

"I feel the same way as last year,'' he said, according to the Sun-Herald. "I will take some time and make my decision. I do know that I enjoy being at home.''

You haven't seen the comments? BS.. And, of course, he's not sure if he's going to retire.. He'll take his time and make a decision.. and maybe he'll change his mind after making that decision.. again.. Maybe you can hire some people to wave pom-poms and cheer while you mow your lawn.. Fraud.. Go away, please.. Or play another year with the J-E-S-T so you can add to your career INT totals.. OK, I feel better..

Maybe because it's still the AM, but when I logged in and saw the title of this thread I thought it was about me for just a second (also named Brett).

I have nothing else to add other than I, too, am tired of my namesake.

Just say no to bspn, you'll be much happier.

Actually, believing Favre hasn't seen the comments is easy. When his season his over, he gets away from everything and goes to enjoy the outdoors.

That may be true, but you can't tell me someone (a friend, a family member, his agent, a teammate) didn't tell him about it.. I don't think he lives in a cave.. He strikes me as the kind of guy who wants to know what's being said about him.. Hence his reputation as a media whore..
