I give some Colts fans credit. They are stand up people and admit a Manning-led offense that put up 17 points against an inferior Chargers defense is at least partly to blame for the loss. But some fans, Manning could lose the rest of his playoff games in his career and not only is he the best ever, it's the team's fault for not surrounding Manning with "talent."

Would it take someone like Brady QBing the Colts in the playoffs and taking them to SB after SB for them to see that Manning can't get it done in the post-season? Even Yankee fans are sick and tired of A-Rod. While A-Rod is a first ballot HOFer, he's a first-ballot ***h0le just like Manning and can't get it done when it counts.

To me, Manning could play another 10 years, break all of Favre's meaningless records, but he will always be overrated in my book.

Let me throw in a different perspective. i think its more dungy than manning.what level of input and control and out of the box thinking on offense does dungy provide in the team . ? conversely BB's hands are everywhere so as much as i dislike the colts i bet manning has more say in the game plan and all than dungy .So yes he can be blamed for it but at sometimes its too much for a player to do .
I think brady has been good because of his abilities but lets not discount the BB and the coaching factor here in these big games.

Manning went one-and-done twice before Dungy even got to Indianapolis.

Brady and Manning are both great QB's. As much as I can't stand the Colts, anybody that says Manning isn't a great QB is fooling themselves. Teams and schemes win and lose games, not individuals.

Manning is just like Favre, all the records, but unable to take it to the next level. At least Madden has another QB to carry the torch for when Favre finally retires....
