Even though your team didn't make the playoffs, you still finished 11-5 and were very strong at the end of the season. I didn't expect you'd do that well without Tom Brady, but it's clear that Bill Belichick is a great coach, which is why you still managed to do so well without your star quarterback. I'm sorry to hear the news about Tom Brady's recovery being delayed. Hopefully, he will be fully healed by the time it's the playoffs so we can have a rematch of last year's AFC championship game. Anyways, good luck with your offseason.

Best of luck to you guys in the post season!

You can bet I will be pulling for the chargers over the Colts. Ditto Steelers, Dolfins.

Thanks for the support. We'll try to prevent a Manning vs. Manning super bowl by beating the Colts on Saturday.

That would be good. Anyone wanting to see more of Goober and Gomer can watch re-runs of the Andy Griffith Show on TV Land...

I was glad to see the Bolts go instead of the Donkeys.

The Chargers have played the thorn in Manning's side for the past couple of years and may be able to bounce him from the playoffs. A Super Bowl without either Manning (other than the unavoidable 8 or 9 Manning commercials viewers will be shown during the game) would be preferable.

I'm a Chargers fan this week. :D

I am a bit bothered by this weekend. I cannot stand the Chargers and I cannot stand the Colts. Who do I root for? Well, I thought about it long and hard. Sorry....I simply cannot root for the Chargers. Nothing against San Diego...a beautiful city as I live in Los Angeles...but I simly cannot stand Rivers and LT. I truly hate Philip Rivers. He reminds me of the high school punk that I just want to ***** slap. And, we all know LT is "Mr. Classy". Seriously, not dissin' the Charger fan that came here to congratulate us(nice, btw)...I just cannot stomach Rivers...period. Not much of a Manning fan, but I respect him. He does not talk trash like Rivers does, but if he did he would at least have something tangible to back it up.

Wait! Before all you Pats fans go for the Chargers on Saturday....I want you to keep one thing in mind.....

Wasnt it the Chargers fault that Brady got hurt for the Super Bowl????

We had nothing to do with your perfect season ending, but the Chargers sure did hurt Tom before the SB so i think you should go for us....;)

well..its football..stuff happens. i dont speak for others but its hard for me to root for LT but right now its lesser of the two evils scenario
if there is anything +ve for you guys is the fact that you have a better team - even BB said on WEEI on monday when asked which is the team to beat that no one is playing better than indy both offensively and defensively. Surprisingly -and he never gets into stuff like this on other teams- he said SD has issues stopping the pass and indy can certainly throw it and its the most dangerous team in the playoffs.

Just listened to it. Certainly encouraging to hear if you are a Colts fan. I feel pretty excited after listening to your HC praise us.

And he knows his stuff. He did say last year he thought SD would beat us. He knows better than fans and media people that past years games don't matter, it's the current teams that have to play.

You and I agree on most points.
Saying you hate players is a little bit strong.

Errrrrrrr..... NO!

I would rather see the Chargers win. But my prediction for this weekend is history is made when for the first time in history four road wildcard teams win on wildcard weekend.

With all due respect to the Colts and Chargers, I don't think many folks on this board would shed a tear if, say, aliens came and abducted both teams until, oh, mid-February or so. :D

Sounds good to me.

iam sure if the guys at indystar if they listen to it will wonder what BB's real intentions and thoughts are and why would he praise a team he dislikes most :) (according to yahoo , BB hates the colts for some strange reasons like BB not shaking peyton's hand after the AFCCG which he actually did but people chose to ignore).

Thanks for the comments and kind words. While Pats Fans may be split on who they will be rooting for (or against) there's certainly no doubt that the Colts - Chargers game will be the best game of the weekend.

Yup. So far it looks like your prediction was correct. Even if one of the games tomorrow has as much drama as the Colts/Chargers game had, it won't be as good because the teams playing tomorrow aren't that great, nor do they have as many superstars on their team. This was a showdown between the two best teams in the AFC playoffs.

Congrats, went to bed with a smile on my face thanks to your boys!

I can't agree with that last sentance though. Atleasst not with regards to the Colts ;-)

Dislikes most? Have you ever heard of the NY Jets? On BB's hate list it goes Jets, Jets, Jets then everyone else. Where have you been for the last 10 years?
