ESPN Power Rankings: Patriots ahead of four "playoff teams"

I'd probably say we should be ahead of three others, but whatever.

ESPN - NFL Power Rankings - National Football League

I'd say we're about on par with the Ravens. I don't think there's much doubt that we're significantly better than the Dolphins, but c'est la vie. I'm pretty sure we're better than Atlanta as well.

And for the record, if the two teams played today, I'm pretty sure we'd rough up the Titans.

lol, that guy is pretty much going by records...

the fins are IN NO WAY better then us...they surprised us once, once that was gone, they were destroyed...and they barely beat bad teams, while we put 40-burgers on most of them...

we are also better then the falcons and colts...colts only beat us cuz of a dumb penalty and a gaffney drop...

in that list, i would move ravens to 5, and put pats at 6, which would mean only 5 of 12 playoff teams are better then us, and that 7 teams which are worse made the playoffs and we didnt

i agree, we wouldnt just rough up the titans...

we would humiliate them

I don't know, I'm sure Collins would have re-written career bests against us.

Do a lot of your forget how bad this D was? Two games with ridiculous wind and a blizzard didn't change it.

That's hilarious.

I don't see how. I'm not saying we were a better team than them for the balance of the season, but the Patriots were clearly playing their best football at the end of the year (admittedly against some bad teams) while the Titans pretty clearly peaked early. I'm not making an argument of bitterness or passion, I honestly believe that.

actually, the pressure we got on QB's increased marketdely in Dec, some it was due to the bad teams, but not all of it...no way...

this team got beter on D when seau came and colvin came, and i think next yr at least colvin should be brought back

Here's how I think about this topic.

In their heart of hearts, do you not think that the Ravens are very happy that they are playing in Miami this weekend and not in Foxboro?

I agree. I think we were destined to kick butt in the Playoffs. But, it's purely hypothetical now, so it's time to move on.

the ravens would have liked to see how they measured up to us...

but no, i think they are thankful they play miami

anyway, let the ravens take the win they gave to miami last season...
