He's got that Fran Drescher role nailed.Favre is SO twentieth century!
I hate to agree with pretty boy Felgie but I love The Goose as a sideline commentator. Entertaining as hell.
I agree with Felger 100% concerning Favre. I don't think i've agreed with just about anything Felger has said before.
A name burned in to my soul. Just like that in the grasp play in 42.the guy who took those two kicks to the house in the Super Bowl was Desmond "heisman pose" f'in Howard
I'm only referring to his comments about Favre, nothing more.Personally, I can't stand Tony Siragusa; he's the only sideline reporter I actively ignore. Just another difference I have with Felger.
Is this jon Madden? It seems that everyone online hates Favre while nearly every professional analyst likes the guy. His stats don't lie. I don't care how long he played. The fact that he put up these numbers and won games consistently for so long is a great feat on its own.
Favre is a winner. He won a Super Bowl. He has had one sub .500 season in what, 17 or 18 years at the helm? That is incredible. Not everyone plays incredibly all the time. His records don't lie either, no matter how badly people want to twist them to look like any QB could achieve them.

Sorry, I know that calling it like it is is not approved on a forum. You have to cheer and back the home team no matter what, right or wrong, and always bash the enemies, and never point out their positives. Favre is horrible and never should have been a starter in the league. He throws too many INTs. He is a gunslinger. He didn't "deserve" a Superbowl, or a league record 3 MVPs for that matter. The league conspired to give him those MVPs. Go Pats?
