Re: Felger on pats chances after cards win

Who listens to Felger?

The article is a bunch of what ifs. Like what if Randy had caught the ball vs Pitt. Like what if Thomas had not gotten that penalty vs Indy. Heck, I still think about what if we had only sacked Eli. Life is full of what ifs. Nice of Felgirl to point that out to us. I will think about what if Felgirl had taken a job in another city.

For what it is worth.......Vegas says we are in. Pats 6 point favorites and Jets are 3 point favorites.

It's funny. Felger and Tom Curran were saying on WEEI two weekends ago that the Pats had no shot at the division title because the Jets have all but locked it up. Now he doesn't think the Jets have a chance in hell of beating the Dolphins to get the Pats in.

It's too soon to be writing the obituary for the season.

Since when does logic or sticking to your positions have anything to do with it?

In that case its good luck if Felgy is always wrong. Thus he will be wrong this time and we will make the playoffs. :singing:

What does this paragraph even mean? He should do some fact-checking, as Denver is not a lock for the playoffs. There's a reason they moved them to Sunday night. And is Pitt and Indy not locked in? I'm confused.

As easy as the Pats’ schedule has been at times, there are some other items worth noting. The Pats not only beat the two opponents on their schedule currently locked into the postseason (the Cardinals and Broncos), they blew them out. The Pats can also point to a late November win at the Dolphins, perhaps the hottest team in the AFC right now. And again, it was a victory done in convincing fashion (48-28).

felger gets too much burn on this site.
