Jacksonville chokes against the Colts, Bills choke against the Jets, and Cowboys can't make a big play on D to save their hopes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Positive note is that Jaguars played the Colts tough and hopefully they'll upset Baltimore and I'm still thinking the Jets have a good chance of losing in Seattle.

Oh ya, sorry to sound like such a downer but I needed to vent!

Its the way the season is for us this year.. Not to many breaks.. Ravens are a good but ugly football team.. Dallas and Tony Romo are not prime time players, this was Bill Parcells team and had them playing well , until To came to town.. Romo is no Brady, No Rothlesberger, No Manning...

hopefully something happens to benefit the pats

Just go kc and go seattle, and yes lets go pats, if jets and miami win tom, the only hope is a jax win .. That is a hail mary pass for us..

Hopefully, plastic face JJ goes insane and fires his Pillsbury Doughboy coach and TO (maybe Tony Phono too?). Talk about coming up small.

What makes me sick is...if Jets lose against Seattle and Miami wins against KC...then the final week basically depends on the Jets saving our season :(

Or:
Miami / NY tie.........sorry, I had to say it.

Damn it sucks depending on other teams to lose or win.

Yeah that does blow, Im just gonna enjoy the next two weeks and see what happens **** it the team gave it there all Go Pats!

If I was a Boys fan, I would be embarrassed. The offensive play calling, the penalties and TWO 70 yard runs in the final minutes given up? Wade Phillips is a bum. They were like a pack of bungling clowns out there today. I will be rooting for Philly next weekend after that job.

It's hard for me not to like Baltimore, they play their @sses off. They deserve the playoffs as much as anybody. That entire team is into the game ALL game. Every shot of the bench, the defensive players are into every offensive plays and vice versa. Where as with so many teams, you see guys on the bench giggling, that team is into all 48 minutes and wants it. Flacco is going to be a good one, stoic, calm & collected. They may play ugly, but that defense is unreal. First downs are accomplishments against that team.

Not looking good for the Pats - for some reason, I'm thinking JP Losman is going to cost us the playoffs. It's just too hard to rely on the Seattle Seahawks and KC to help us. A Jets loss with a win the following weekend against Miami is my last hope.

you make your own luck in this world

Who would have thunk that the team that started it all (KC) can now have part in the final blow by losing to the dolphins. Makes me real uneasy that our season comes down to Seattle, KC and Jacksonville actually trying to win a game. Like it was said in 1980, "Do you believe in Miracles"? I do :) Go PATS!, Go Hawks, Go Chiefs.

Jets and Dolphins...GFY!

Lets just go to this senerio... Next week saying the pats , seattle , miami all win

Jax vs Balt 1 pm- Balt wins they are in
Pats vs Buffalo- pats win, need a jets win for them to win the division

The jets miami game is 8 pm.. The jets are eliminated.. no matter what, do they really go out and win a game for the pats.. NO WAY. They will fold.. They would rather see Miami get in than the pats..

It would be nice to catch a break ... but if we win out and don't make it then it is what it is. Considering all the setbacks this year our team can hold their head high. We've done our very best considering the available talent that we presently have.

Yeah, 2 things come to my mind.

1. Gaffney's drop against Colts

2. Defense failure to stop Jets on 3rd and 15.

Amazing how 2 plays can affect your season.

Bottom line is legit playoff teams don't have to worry about having teams lose in order for them to get into the playoffs.

Most of you are too young to remember, but all of this "If the Jets and Doofins lose to two teams they have no business losing to" reminds me of the Patriots of the 1980's, always having to depend on other teams losing for them to get in, 1985 aside.

That Jets loss at home was a killer, I said it when it happened and I'll still say it today, it cost them the division, a home playoff game and more and more likely making the playoffs at all.

The defense played like ***** for most of the night and the offense came roaring back only to..........well, you all know how the game turned out.

Tonight was our best last hope and Dallas sh!t the bed, it's going to take a miracle now.

The Indy loss is going to burn us - it was just about the point in the season before BB unleashed MC and reverted to that supremely conservative tight@ss game plan that just lead to a bunch of field goals in a game where everyone knew Indy was bound to stuff it in. The play where we had 4th and 1 from the 6 and were pulverizing them and BB calling a timeout then kicking the field goal ends up being the call that keeps us out. That and the coin flip in the NYJ game. We won that Indy game in every phase, but put up 5 friggin FG's.

Unfortunately, when you have to depend on another team(s) to save your season, more often than not you end up on the outside looking in. I thought tonight was our best chance. Think about it - we need help from KC and/or Seattle. Holy $%^&. I hope I'm wrong (my wife and friends think I'm the eternal optimist, usually), but I'm not feeling good about all of this right now.
